Second Purchase because so pleased with first purchase
This is my second purchase of face masks from Bristol Mask. They are excellent quality. They don’t smell strange like other suppliers I have tried. They don’t break easily. They fit comfortably. I will definitely use them again. Oh and they delivered them really quickly. Thank you

Dreadful product
Dreadful product. Very disappointed.
Box was torn and many masks had elastic hanging off.
Tried on more and elastic snapped.
Have asked for refund so will see if I get it.

Poor quality this time
Bought a second lot of masks, went for the cheaper ones, and can see why they are cheaper, around half of them broke mid wear. Certainly worth paying the wee bit extra. Not impressed with my purchase this time round. Postage etc all good though

Unusable due to broken earloops
I was looking to buy a box of masks to take on holiday and spent quite a while online looking at various products and reviews. I eventually decided on Bristol masks, partly because they are supposedly British made but also because the reviews were generally favourable.
I bought a box of white masks and paid extra for the soft ear loops.
The ear loop broke on the first mask within 30 minutes. The 2nd one broke as I was putting it on and the third one broke after 10 minutes. Number 4 went just before boarding the plane so I gave up on them and had to use a heavier, reusable mask.
Looking at recent reviews it may be that these were part of a faulty batch but they are completely useless and will be asking for a refund

wanted to buy from a UK manufacturer not China. The face masks are lightweight, soft and comfortable to wear all day.They were a bit more expensive than all the others we checked out and used before and paid postage. I don't know the difference between Surgical grade and none Surgical grade We bought them to cover our long flights and cruise. Bristol Masks are comfortable and soft to wear all day and they are well made.

We got there in the end. Excellent product.
Ordered the more expensive “Securefit” masks on 13 December. Package arrived on 16 December (communication and tracking were excellent) but contained the standard masks. My email to customer services, with photos attached, was responded to in minutes and I was promised that the correct product would be sent.
18 January I had neither heard nor received anything further so I emailed customer services again. 27 January, still no response so I tried telephoning. No answer.
*UPDATE* 29 January
Within hours of my review being posted on 27 January, I received a reply to my email of 18 January promising to send the correct masks immediately. They arrived today. The box was identical to the previous one which would suggest that the cheaper masks were packed into the wrong box in my original order.
The “Securefit” masks are excellent. They are very soft and flexible; fit without gapping at the sides; and my glasses do not steam up (5/5)
The standard masks are very good but not quite as soft and well fitting and my glasses steamed up a bit (4/5)
The masks have no unpleasant odour.
Overall I recommend Bristol Masks. I’m happy to pay a little more for a British product and I think the “Securefit” masks are worth the extra cost.
