Customer service was great
Customer service was great, really fast dispatch with tracking. Mistake was made with my order and only one box was sent out but the problem was resolved in 2 days and the remaining of my order arrived 24hrs later.
Masks are superior to other on the market, they are the only masks I am not allergic to. Will always use them. (work in dentistry so happy to find something that works with my skin)

Not a good product
nose piece on mask does not secure it. mask keeps dropping down would not buy again. also royal mail delivery not great no information apart from my parcel had arrived with them. will have to try elsewhere in future. Thank you for your reply I did not mention ear loops it is the piece across the nose that is the problem
