Enrolled in the CAVA course, with next to no support. Assessor Emily sent one message and never responded to any responses, so I ended up with a refund rather than them trying to sort out the issue. Also be warned they use an outdated checker which is very well documented for giving false information

We have a formal channel for submitting assignments and receiving assessor feedback, and our standard feedback timeframe is 5 working days. We do not provide individual assessment feedback through community groups or informal channels, as all learner communication needs to follow the proper assessment process.
When we received your message through the correct channel, we responded promptly and did not leave your queries unanswered. As you were still unhappy and requested a refund, we provided the refund in full to resolve the matter.
We are a registered institution providing Ofqual regulated qualifications and work with an approved Awarding Body. Our assessment and checking procedures follow the requirements set by the relevant Awarding Body. These are standard procedures followed by approved providers and are not processes created independently by us.
