Straightforward means to order, I felt sufficient communication during order process and easy to look at my order on line. Delivery was efficient so that the curtains were not folded for too long.

Perfect in every way!
The website is easy to navigate and provides brilliant guidance to ensure that orders are precise and perfect in every way. It also provides a helpful status timeline, enabling customers to feel rest assured as to the status of production and delivery.
The curtains that I received look absolutely gorgeous! They’re even better than I imagined they would appear! Every time that I return home, I look at them and smile. I’m very pleased and feel positive about making my next purchase!

Really poor
Really poor, Wanted to return some unused wallpaper rolls and after chasing for two weeks they said that they would not accept return as it was outside of a return window.
This window BTW is coincidently missing from there website.
Who only allows a 14 day return for something like this!!
They clearly don't get much return business as the customer service is shocking

Perfect cushion
I used Google Lens for a match on some material on an upcyclyed bench, Britannia Rose had the exact match and the cushion is perfect.

Very professional very courteous very helpful I ordered two samples they were sent beautifully packaged lovely covering letter and the after sales follow-up was amazing. It’s really a good professional company. Some might think oh old-fashioned but they care about customer service Which to me wins over and every level because if they’re that professional from the start the product product the quality to finish at the sales of the service will be amazing.

Some frustration but now resolved.
Misunderstanding over opening hours led to some frustration regarding a refund which was not completed. Hopefully this is now resolved.

I can confirm that your refund has been issued. The delay was due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when both our office and banking processes were operating more slowly than usual.
Our office has been closed over the holidays and will reopen on the 5th of January, which is why you did not receive a response to calls or emails during this time. We appreciate this is not ideal and apologise for the lack of communication while we were closed.

Great selection, quality and reliability. My roman blind fits perfectly and looks wonderful. Fortunately the fabric was still available; I had bought curtains 6 years ago and have re-used them in my new home.

Great customer service
We ordered blinds, curtains and a curtain pole from Britannia Rose. We were extremely happy with all of them. The curtains and blinds were well made and the measurements were correct.
There was a minor issue with the curtain pole but Britannia Rose rectified this very promptly and without any quibble. How a company deals with problems is often what sets them apart. Britannia Rose provided great customer service before, during and after sale and their products are great too
