I spent over an hour getting a tooth extracted which should never have happened as I have had radiotherapy and high blood pressure which the dentist was well aware of. Ended up with a cracked jaw, dry socket,loss of feeling in lower lip and chin and have been attending dental hospital for the past 18 months. Now still have grape sized hole in gum and still no feeling in lip and chin and will probably lose teeth on either side. Absolute nightmare and now terrified of dentist. Shocking

Had a problem with a loose filling. Got an appointment for an expected exam, but Juliana fixed the problem immediately. Excellent service, very pleasant staff. Glad I moved here 👍

I should have seen the warning signs years ago. Many of my appointments were cancelled until I finally phoned the manager to ask why it was that I was being targetted with this attitude. They miraculously managed to find another dentist to treat me within days rather than the weeks away they first offered. I can only assume they wanted me, as an NHS patient, off the books. Still, been with them for decades, since when their practice was further down Neilston Road, stick with it. Next dentist, young lady with neon white teeth. Decides to explain pricing, treatment and all manner of dentistry she will be doing while drilling my teeth. This monologue required my agreement...a very nervous customer, being drilled, just taken my hearing aids out; and she's trying to get agreement to treatment. In that situation, I just agreed. Straight after I couldn't remember one thing of what she said. Poor, poor service. The last straw was another camcelled appointment by text and to contact them to arrange another appointment. I have been in sales and hospitality management for years...when looking for business, especially repeat business, you call the customer. You don't expect the customer to do the running. Unless you really don't want that customer back again. I can take a hint. Won't be back. Found another dental practice who don't appear to concentrate more on their money-making business model and target-driven treatment of clients.

We have been going here for many years. In the last few years their attitude towards us slumped to an unacceptable level probably because someone spread lies and they believed them.

We voted with our feet and go to a brilliant dentist just along the road next to the doctors surgery.

Don’t be judged and don’t judge. You should be professional.

5* treatment at Brite Dental Gilmerton from Dr Justine Wong on Monday 10th .Put me at ease and kept me well informed throughout my treatment .Also a big thanks to her assistant.I would recommend Brite Dental to anyone

Best thing I did was go to a proper dentist, months of antibiotics and emergency treatment, after I changed dentist it was discovered I needed a referral to a specialist,I said to Brite, why are you using xrays taken 6 months ago and I was told "it's fine" my new dentist said if they had done new xrays then they would have discovered the infection, too busy with their botox and filler business to deal with NHS patients..... I'm m glad I left.... Avoid this place

I visited Brite Dental recently and was treated with respect and kindness. I met the new dentist for the first time and this is the first time in a long time that I have felt at ease.

i am a patient with a dissbility i visited this surgery in the 8th of july and was very disappointed with dentist she was very negative about a treatment i was enquiring about snd negative about my trestmenf. firing know prices snd gsvr me incorrect information about. what is svai to md on znzhS snd told mg much higher prices than what i should be charged snd finally. to add insult to injury. vault the ref headed receptionist giggling at my flfissbilyy. i wavy old msnsget would cs andre hadn’t thus used yo bd s great dental surgery

Very disappointed today.
I was told I missed today's appointment.
I was also told that a Text message reminder had been sent.
I received nothing.
I had the appointment marked for the first of April & I remember making a comment : not on April fulls day.
So I was told that the cost is £3 a minute & the total would be £30.
I've always considered this to be a good Dentist, but the fact that I didn't recieve a reminder for this appointment just leaves me feeling who's telling the truth ?
I have decided to leave this practice as their actions for me are too hard & fast considering I've been a client for many years.

Chloe is a great dentist she is always very pleasant an puts you at your ease I have no problem with return visits.

Amy is the worst dentist I've ever had. Pull three teeth out and left the roots in all three roots in. I had to go to Glasgow to have them removed. The false teeth I got didn't fit. Next app was for my front cap that had fallen out. I waited 6 month for the appointment for to be seen for 2 mins and told the next appointment was another 3 month away. Yet when I wrote a bad review I got offered an appointment for a week away. I won't be back,

The most amazing thank you to Mr Joss Reid for restoring my smile. After a very committed restoration plan the process is finally completed and the results are outstanding. I knew they would be good… but Joss has been exceptional. He and his Team have been absolutely amazing, kind, caring , gentle and always encouraging. I am beyond grateful.

Excellent care by Joss Reid & the friendly staff at Brite Bridge of Weir branch. The practice is spotless & appointments run to schedule. Confident use of the latest dental technology ensures that treatment is quick and as comfortable as possible, and they are very considerate if you're experiencing anxiety around treatment. I have been coming here for routine appointments for a couple of years now, have had old fillings replaced and recently had a ceramic reconstruction done in a morning. All good.

Friendly, efficient and caring staff offering a professional service in a safe environment. Highly recommended.
