I ordered to smart watches but clicked the wrong one for my wife as the invictus x would be to big however on contacting the team they intercepted my order and sent me the one I should have ordered
Both arrived in a timely manner and are excellent value with the 50% offer I also sent a request for an additional strap just incase I damaged it so that I always have a spare and the response was writhing an hour I will definatly purchase again in the future

Excellent customer service. Answered any questions I had straight away. Received my watch within 7 working days of placing the order. On arrival, the watch is brilliant quality, easy to set up and use and looks stunning

I had just recovered from illness, and needed to have an exercise routine to regain my health.
I wanted a watch that monitored blood pressure and blood oxygen for my fitness exercises.
Looked at what was available the Invictus X ticked all the boxes. It was a wise choice. The factors that confirmed this are listed below.
Firstly the appearance of the watch face was crystal clear, quite bright and well defined.
Next, I liked the way that swiping the face brought up the 4 main menus, which displayed the main connected subject together in one main submenu, easy to make your choice, a single press bringing up your choice.
The battery life is just as good as claimed.
Regarding service, I was unfortunate enough to lose the charging lead whilst away on holiday, but I was able to use the watch for about a week before the battery became exhausted,
I wrote to British Technology for advice, and they were quick to respond, saying that they could supply the lead.
Very impressed overall, and I have ordered a smart watch Ultra X as a dress watch

I ordered my watch and received it ten days later. My neighbour set it up for me and I am enjoying working it all out. The company have been very helpful. I am 82 years old and finding it quite easy. The only thing was the strap I wanted the metal one and I ordered the other one, and they are going to rectify it. Thank you for your help.

Great time piece good value for the money

I bought the JS ultra invictus x. After a number of issues getting the watch connected to my phone its now up and running. My apologies for an initial 2 star rating, if I'm being honest I probably never gave British technology enough time to respond to the issue and jumped the gun, hence a 2 star review. I was always happy with the look and styling of the watch and it feels well made. And I'm not the best with technology, soooo British technology I apologise for jumping the gun and I thank you for your patience and your time running through my watch and phone.. Thank you

Hi the watch is bought is absolutely brilliant i went for a blood test and the nurse said those watches can't be accurate but she took her reading with her machine and then asked me to do it on the watch and to her surprise it was bang on the money and the customer service is outstanding

British technology were very informative about the watch and good communication on the purchase

I’ve now been wearing the Invictus X watch 10 days now and I’m so pleased with the watch. My order arrived ahead of the estimated delivery, the watch was so easy to setup using the installed App. I fully charged the watch and it still indicates two bars of battery life which looks as though I will obtain circa 15 days of use in 1 x charge. It’s a real powerful watch and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone looking to purchase a first class smart watch.
