Recently injured myself and been out of work last 3 months lucky enough I had insurance with them they helped me out and Wer very easy and understanding talked me threw everything and have helped me get back to work would totally recommend to anyone who doesn't have insurance to get it .

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim due to suddenly developing a medical issue that caused long term sick leave and eventually cost me my job. The team at British Friendly are exactly that, friendly. They’ve helped me and guided me through all of this transition while I’ve been receiving my Income Protection Payments.

I am a self employed chimney sweep and my income is vital, as I'm single and have children. I broke my wrist last March and there was a complication which turned out to be huge and incapacitating - CRPS, which I will probably have for maybe five more years, hopefully not for life.
My British Friendly claim for the past year has been handled with professionalism and sensitivity by Charles Baillie, whose support has been so encouraging during my many down times. I intend to stay with British Friendly and can't speak highly enough of their policies and claim-handling. Without them I would have been in a very serious and frightening predicament.

I’m incredibly grateful to British Friendly for supporting me financially during my cancer treatment.
The claims process was straightforward, and everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. Tracey was my claims manager and she was amazing! Communication was clear and I was kept updated throughout. I always felt treated as a person, not just a policy number.
Knowing my income was protected meant I could focus fully on my recovery without added stress. It truly made a difficult chapter of my life that bit easier. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I would highly recommend!

The attentiveness of the staff was evident that at the end of the call my problem solved. The welcome and knowledgeable advice was highly appreciated. For me She is a problem solver. My bad!
