Sold me a hoverboard that had a fault after first use. Contacted seller who hung up phone.
Then sent emails unanswered. Finally got him on messenger. Refuses to accept return despite it being the law. Stated he doesn’t care about law. Total scammer. Bank and trading standards now involved.
He’s not even a registered company.
Complete con man and scammer. Avoid this thief do not spend your money here.

Delivered within time scales specified, thankfully as needed for Christmas. Works really well. Great present.

We ordered these as last minute Christmas gifts for our 8 year old boys! Delivery was quick and the scooters are amazing, their best gifts! Highly recommend, especially as speed settings can be controlled!

I purchased a scooter for my son for his Christmas present. My son and I are both very happy with the purchase. I did read some of the reviews about customer service that were negative but actually found dealing with them very easy and just had to follow their process in order to deal with my purchase and enquiry. Would recommend to other purchasers

Ignore all recent 5star reviews!! Since the start of December they’ve emailed customers offering a free product in return for a good review lol!! Avoid at all cost!! I’m £750 down after they refused to accept a faulty scooter that was faulty out of the box… wheel nuts alone was finger tight… all negative reviews you see about these guys not being VAT registered or they are using fake phone numbers,address etc is all true! They really don’t want to know if you’ve got a issue, they just pass blame and tell you to fix yourself… filed small claims court just before Christmas as luckily for me I have his real name, address, phone number etc, as I was being promised next day delivery everyday for over a week. he eventually sent me a screenshot on the day of the actual delivery with all his dpd credentials showing proving it was out for delivery lol

The scooter is great and reliable a complete upgrade from what I had great performance smooth ride very happy

Scam company. Address and phone number doesn't exist.
They refuse to refund or take the faulty/dangerous scooter back. They just advise you to fix it or blame you for the fault.
Received the money back from the bank and now they are threatening me by email and sending pictures of my house and myself to me from social media. Police report logged and reported to Trading Standards.
Do not waste money on anything they sell. Its all not fit for purpose. Our scooter which was £500 started failing within a week. It was not user error, just a cheap product that is not safe. They refuse any returns or refunds!!!! They are not a real company!!! They are also threatening to send men to my house. What real company threatens customers!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

He was trying to tell me I couldn’t send it back as consumer law isn’t a thing
The scooter was used and faulty out the box

Avoid if you have any sense
