Great service and everything went perfectly well. Delivery was quick and order was dealt with very well. The discs look absolutely amazing.

I had brilliant service from Jon after placing my order. I needed a slight delay to posting and the frame gold disc arrived perfectly packaged and presented exactly on the day he stated.
It’s a lovely piece of artwork and great quality and I highly recommend The Gold Record Company if you’re looking for something a bit different.

As always a quality professional product and customer service. It's the real deal!

I had been looking for something special to go above my guitars after decorating my bedroom. I saw my favourite artist and liked the what I saw. The ordering process was easy and it was delivered without any issues, The best thing of all is the quality of the product and it looks absolutely fabulous on the wall above my acoustic and electric guitar.

The Website was easy to use to find the artist I was looking for, Ordering went smoothly and delivery was perfect.

Really really pleased with this purchase.
Communication and delivery cannot of been better.
Many thanks

Starting off, I was dubious about the ordering process & engaged with them about my concerns. Jon got back to me & after our chat, I felt confident that all was legit. My order was for a family birthday present. After choosing what I wanted, the feedback from Jon was continuous, letting me know what stage we were at, lead times etc. It arrived in plenty of time, well packaged & my sister is over the moon with her disc. Would definitely use again, probably for myself though!A really good product & service.

They responded to my complaint very quickly and out of hours, really helpful and sorted my complaint very quickly, it seems to be a buisness that really looks after their customers very impressed by quickly and personal response will use them again

Love them look great well pleeasd

The online order process was simple and quick. Providing the imagery and text was easily completed by email and the communication from Jon and his team at GRC was excellent. My order was completed and delivered in 7 days from start to finish. I ordered a customised gold disc and when I received the product I was so pleased with the quality, it looks amazing. I cant wait to give it to the recipient. I would highly recommend this company and the first class service they provide.

I ordered a custom gold disc for a presentation. The website was very easy to navigate, email communication with the company was good and the finished product was very nicely done. Email confirmation was sent with a picture of what the final product would look like prior to it being sent to me. It was returned swiftly and well-packaged.

Excellent service, from the initial enquiry email, responded to within 24hours, to the super quick response to a last minute shipping address change.
All communication was friendly and helpful but most importantly the product is excellent! Turnaround time was super speedy too even when I ordered something not in stock. Thanks so much all!

It was a gift for my Daughter, who is a big Green Day fan and she loved it and has put it in her wall straight away.

Amazing customer support. Amazing product. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Customer service was amazing - I had to return one of my two discs and the service throughout was outstanding. I only had a few days before my husband’s 60th birthday and The Gold Record Company recognised and understood this. They sent one out asap even before they had received my return.
Both products are a fantastic and I would not hesitate to buy again. Definitely five star ⭐

Still didn’t receive my parcel and if you don’t accept the duties tax paid by me dpd will send back my order.
Very disappointed.
I hope you could fix this problem by Today

This was the 7 th disc I ordered as the product is a ten out of ten, these gold discs are so good and look great.
