Never ever have I ordered a product from a company and then been totally ghosted by said company when I have reached out in many different ways trying to inquire about my order. Their website chat box multiple times (no response even when it states “immediate reply”), called their number (left message and no call back), emailed them multiple times (zero response except automated emails about processing/shipping). On their website it states most orders ship in 2-3 days, and my order for one bottle of very expensive CBD oil took 2.5 WEEKS to arrive, so yeah, I was inquiring and complaining about how long it was taking and totally baffled that I never got a single response. The worst part is, the product is great and probably my favorite CBD oil, but I could never order again from such a terrible company that has totally dissed a new customer and takes 2.5 weeks to send one lil bottle. Horrible non-existent customer service.

While looking for a reputable source for CBD oil, I came across Broad Essentials. I knew nothing but by the end of the lengthy chat session with Chris, I was well enough informed to by a few products. If good service, a friendly and helpful sales associate, and prompt shipping mean anything, this IS the place to go! I've been using the products for only 5 days but I feel a difference in wrist and thumb where I have osteoarthritis. My husband has had some relief in lower back. I am very well pleased!
