Still waiting, stay away!!!

Order Number 6210894 basket to be delivered by the 19th of December. This was to an important customer of mine. Emailed on the 19th because I was told by his spouse they never received it. The response is as follows. Hi Lisa,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We can ship one today and have it delivered on Monday.

I explained to the recipient it would be there Monday and apologized.

Follow up to find it was never delivered and looked like an idiot to this professional. I again contacted them to get this response the 26th.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for checking in.

The replacement order has shipped and is scheduled to be delivered on the 27th. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

I sent a copy of my order to this manager showing the date I ordered to prove I am not in her opinion just trying to CYA.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. And will not use them in the future with my business.

Never again!

Never again! I ordered gift baskets for family members from this 'company' 10 days before Christmas. Having not heard a thing from family members, I double checked. The arrival date is Friday Jan 2. What a disappointment! And when I call in all I get is a customer support lady, not in the USA. She doesn't deserve the brunt of my anger. Unclear if this company is going to compensate me for their failings. It's not about the money, it's about trusting a company which promised to get the gift baskets delivered before Christmas and failed miserably! Nuff said.

It's so delicious

It's so delicious! From sweet baked goods to savory crackers, the assortment was amazing. It's far superior to the usual stale gift basket fare. I'll definitely place another order.

Ordered a chocolate gift basket

Ordered a chocolate gift basket. I received pretzels , popcorn, cookies you drive over and wouldn't break , mixed salted nuts. NOT a SINGLE piece of chocolate to be found . All told what I received could be purchased at the grocery store for 8 bucks. Severely disappointed amd disgusted with this company. Customer service was zero help . I tossed everything I received in the garbage . Lesson learned . Do not use this company for anything.

Low quality, non-delicious so-called "treats"

We rec'd a BB gift basket for Christmas, and the main feedback of all that tried it was "nasty." Seriously, do not waste your money on this company. Even things like caramel corn, which we all love, we threw away because it just doesn't taste good. You know it's bad when twenty-something, sugar-loving guys who eat EVERYTHING wouldn't eat any of the offerings in this gift basket once they tried a bite.

Waste of money

Two baskets ordered for delivery to two different addresses on Dec 31 as New Year's gifts to my daughters. Neither was delivered. Broadway Basketeers blames UPS. Bull. I've shipped and received dozens and dozens of packages with UPS thought out the holidays with zero problems. I will never trust Broadway Basketeers again.

Don’t pay for bows and near empty boxes.

My son sent this basket ($49) as a Mothers Day gift.
What a paltry,cheap selection! All boxes with scanty
product. Worst online company ever.
His accompanying gift from Oh Nuts was wonderful.

It's a shame haven't reading the reviews before purchasing. The Business received the payment on Apr 22, today is May 01 and I do not have even the tracking number. They did not inform they were closed for on week. Be careful with this kind of services.

I would like to point out that when placing your order you chose a delivery date of May 02 - May 10. We blocked off the delivery dates when our business was closed so that customers wouldn't expect delivery while we were closed. I'm not sure why you were expecting the delivery to be sooner. Your order is being shipped today, the first day we reopened, and will arrive within the delivery window you chose at checkout.

Complete Failure

Ordered on Monday Feb 19. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It’s now Friday has not arrived. Tried calling and they close at 2pm on Fridays. What else but 1 star? Do not order from this company. Must be a mom and pop operation. Need my 111 dollars returned. Find another company to send a condolence gift for a death in family. These people FAILED.

Order did not arrive in time, terrible cusotmer service

Ordered plenty in advance for a gift to be delivered on October 17th for my mother's 80th birthday. The item did not arrive until late in the evening on October 18th. Customer support (email only) blamed it on UPS and said they would 'talk internally about how to improve processes.' That didn't help me at all. Customer service was supposed to give me a personal call - they never did. They only refunded the shipping fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need your gift to arrive on a certain date. Poor customer service. Why have specific delivery dates if you can't guarantee arrival???? Will NEVER use this company again. Beware.

We ship gifts on a specific date so they arrive ON the requested date and not earlier or later as that may spoil the gesture. I understand that you ordered a birthday gift to be delivered on October 16th. We shipped your gift out of our New Jersey fulfillment center and UPS states it was a 1 day transit so it should have arrived on the 17th per your order details. Broadway Basketeers shipped the gift on time however UPS delayed it by 1 day as stated in the UPS tracking "A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible". Unfortunately, delays like these are out of the control of Broadway Basketeers however we still would like to make this right as we strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with not only their purchase but also their purchasing experience. Please reach out to our support again and request to speak with "Mark" and I will personally ensure that we meet your satisfaction.

You need better tasting snacks the ones I have tried out of the basket were terrible and it took to long get here and they wouldn't let me cancel my order. I will never buy again.

We offer 2 shipping options with most gifts, A cheaper shipping option (in your case, free shipping) of choosing a 7-business day delivery window, & premium shipping where you can choose an exact date.
When placing your order and on your order confirmation email, it clearly shows a delivery window of "Delivery between
Nov 22 - Dec 01" I am not sure why you assume that it would be delivered on 11/22. Your gift is scheduled to be delivered by UPS on 11/28 - well within the time frame of your delivery window.

If you needed the gift to arrive on an exact date, you should have chosen premium shipping where we guarantee delivery on the date you chose.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I selected a delivery date on purchasing. They switched it, without notice, to a week later. Then just denied it via their "customer service" chat. Also BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the real reviews on Amazon before I trusted them wit $130.

Buyers Beware

I received this basket as an Aniversary/Valentine’s Day gift and THEY SENT THE WRONG BASKET! To make matters worse, they sent a basket with HALF OF THE FOODS IM ALLERGIC TO! Oh and the cute note he sent was printed on the invoice which was on the outside of box where you cut to open, so the note got all ripped up. This company is a joke and I would never order from them after receiving a gift like this. My boyfriend was extremely upset since we are long distance and had a hard time getting in contact with the company to get a refund because they messed up completely. If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would! BUYERS BEWARE

Fruit was bad quality and basket was flimsy.

We ordered the large fruit basket which included a potted flowering plant and a candy and nut plate. Ordering was easy and the candy and nut plate was nice and delivered by Broadway Basketeer arrived on time. The fruit and flower basket which cost significantly more was not delivered and after complaining 2x, finally delivered but the fruit was not good quality and the basket was flimsy. Would not order from them again.

My order was not available

My order was not available. They let me know 2 days before it was due to ship which was 5 days after I placed the order. Too late to find it somewhere else so not happy with customer service.
