I paid $89 for a hoodie with a faded design, and the company is unwilling to replace it. This situation is particularly inconvenient, especially as the item was intended as a gift. After going back and forth, I had to provide my feedback.

I ordered a Hamilton T-shirt but the color is Yellow and some Black. On their website, the shirt was described as GOLD.

I emailed them to ask for a refund but they said no and that the color of the shirt is good.

I don't know if they are blind but the color is NOT good at all.

I am not happy with it and they should refund me.

Ordered t shirts for Oh Mary almost a month ago. After contacting them 2 times, just got email saying they no longer have them. Had money for a month. Seems like a scam to me.

I bought the Hamilton cards for a friend of mine roughly three weeks ago, they showed up yesterday! Considering I live in Norway I think that's quite fast. The cards are in good shape and seem to have been kindly handled during transit, with only a little bend on the side of the box, however I'd like to complain that the tracking system is useless.

I'm unsure if this counts in the US, but internationally their tracking company 'Route' does not function.

I downloaded the app immediately after they told me to and was shown my package being shipped from their warehouse to the airport in roughly 5 days, but after that there's complete silence.
I was not notified that my package had even left the country, and when I got a message from my postal office, there was no information to tell me what I had actually gotten. The name the package was sent with was simply SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.

I don't recall if I paid any extra for the tracking service, but if I did I will clearly say that it was not worth it.

Overall good product, very happy, but the tracking service was of no help.
