So far, I have placed two orders with Browniegod and both experiences were really great. The brownies were very tasty and were delivered on the expected date.
The only note i have from the person that received them is that there wasn‘t much of a flavour differene (between biscoff and oreo cheesecake) which I find quite surprising but i haven‘t tried them myself. Maybe the intensity of the flavours wasn’t as strong as the chocolate. Nonetheless it was added that they were incredibly delicious. Will glady order there again, hopefully it stays this reliable!
Unprofessional: Multiple tasks required then total silence
I am writing this to share a disappointing recruitment experience with Browniegod. The process was intensive, requiring an independent task, a formal interview, and a live task.
Following the final stage on December 30th, I was promised a response within a few days. After hearing nothing, I sent a polite follow-up email, which has also gone ignored.
It is highly unprofessional to require candidates to complete multiple work-based tasks and then "ghost" them without a standard rejection. It shows a lack of respect for the time and effort applicants invest in their company.

Amazing brownies!
First time ordering after watching their shorts on youtube for a long timeee, I ordered the monthly flavour "Caramel Crunch Brownie" - They are incredible.
Honestly these genuinely are the nicest brownies ive ever ordered. Sometimes you might buy shop brownies or order from places to receive some disappointing flavourless mush or cardboard like Brownie. These taste just as i would hope a brownie would! Handmade with alot of respect for the ingredients, full of chocolate flavour the perfect gooey brownie consistency. At this point someones thinking this is some fake review, but its not I promise 100% written by a dyslexic 29 year old who wanted a treat in what feels like the longest month of the year!
Honestly, Great work Browniegod team! Keep doing what you do, the quality of what you do speaks for itself! I will 100% be ordering again :)
Good customer support experience
I have changed my review from 1 star. This is because although the delivery was lost in transit Vesa from customer support was very friendly and kind. They offered to replace the lost brownies which I accepted. They also offered money off my next order which I really appreciate. Although I have tried their brownies at events this has been my first time ordering from Browniegod and they have impressed me with their customer service.
The only negative is that customer service can only be contacted via email. I would recommend incorporating a chat bar to message someone via the website or a telephone number to call and speak to a person.
Great customer service
I accidentally sent my brownies to the wrong address. After I alerted Browniegod, they sent out new brownies within 30 minutes for a fifth of the cost of the original brownies. Great customer service. Thank you to Vesa!
Disappointed s’mores brownie
I’ve always loved ordering from Brownie God, their brownies are usually delicious. However, I was really disappointed with the s’mores brownie this time. For £30, it just didn’t live up to expectations. I was expecting the usual rich brownie base with a generous layer of milk chocolate (like their other brownies), topped with marshmallow and biscuit crumbs. With an actual s’mores, you’d expect the layering to go biscuit or base, then chocolate, then marshmallow, and maybe another bit of biscuit or base on top — that’s what gives it that gooey, balanced texture. Instead, the layering felt off with this particular brownie — it was quite dry and lacking that gooey, chocolatey balance that makes their brownies so good. Even after heating it up, the small drizzle on top didn’t do any justice, it still tasted dry rather than indulgent. I think it would be much better if they adjusted the layering to include more chocolate throughout the entire brownie.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Brownies were not delivered on time which were a birthday gift even though they were ordered a week ago. ‘Head of Customer Service’ kept advising to order a day before but that’s not the point is it when it’s someone’s birthday! A gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way but they had no concept of this. Overpriced too!

Soooo deliciously soft and tastes amazing! Got as a gift but, tried them and I’m glad I did because now I know next time I buy some that they will be perfect :) Definitely recommend as the presentation and delivery time was top notch🤌🏼

Vesa was lovely when reading my feedback on one of my purchases. She offered me to try their new limited edition flavour (Banoffee) and a box was delivered to my door promptly.
These Brownies were fresh, soft, fudgey and chocolaty as always, but with a beautiful flavour of toffee and banana creaminess throughout (without being overpowering at all).
It was the best flavour I have actually tasted from Browniegod (other than classic original ofcourse) and I’m so happy I tried them in the end.

I love the concept of these brownies
I love the concept of these brownies. The option to personalise them is such a lovely touch and they taste amazing. However, I was slightly disappointed with my second order. I ordered a box of 12 both times, but this time the brownies looked noticeably smaller even though I know Browniegod says they’re the same size. The new packaging also doesn’t look or feel as premium as before.
I paid £40 in total (including £4 for extra photos and postage), which feels quite expensive for 12 small brownie squares. I completely understand that costs are rising but overall I felt a bit let down and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Browniegod - the REALEST team, made up of people...not robots :/
I've been meaning to leave this review for some time so have backdated...
I am a person of my word and had expressed my delight in private and said I'd do so publicly too as I was just so so pleased and happy with the level of support I was given by the team but, Ferdeze especially.
On two occasions now, Ferdeze and the team have gone above and beyond to fix what most companies would not have, all in the vain of customer satisfaction. I won't go into detail because you don't have all day to read what would essentially be a love letter but, all I can say, and will spend all the time you do have to stress, is that this is a company with HEART.
These are real people at the other end of the screen and they treat their customers with respect, understanding and compassion. We are so used to being assisted by AI, generic responses from passionless support staff or, on some occasions nothing at all...our expectations can be so high whilst what we receive is so low and to be honest based on some of these reviews, I think people have become unrealistically demanding of smaller genuine businesses because they're so used to being the ones with the control (as customers) when working with larger companies whose ethics are actually questionable!
In short, a little truly does go a long way and I have become a long-term customer because of it. I not only enjoy the brownies but I am personally invested in the success of such a genuine group of people/business.
You can tell that they are just doing something that they love and get to share it with strangers from all around the country and hopefully in time, world - I get it won't be everyone's cup of tea but some of these reviews are actually insane. give them a break, they are always trying their best and that's honestly all the can do.
I promise you, if you are patient and understanding in return, you'll get so much more out of the overall experience; mistakes happen but when the art of communicating is used over mindless complaining, you will be pleasantly shocked at the return that you'll get from this company.
From my personal experience, they remember me/ details that I wouldn't expect and they are consistent and fair in their ways of humbly sorting issues..the cherry on top would be the lovely messages of gratitude that they send whilst supporting and you can feel the sincerity without a doubt.
Thank you guys for your help, kindness and commitment to making my family's day, as always, and keep up the good work (don't listen to the entitled haters) !! :) <3

Browniegod tried to bribe me into taking down my review! Unethical and untrustworthy business practices.
Part 2 of my previous review.
In regard to the email response I received on 31/03/2025 from Sumaiya S at Browniegod, she said their reasoning for not responding promptly was because they '...don’t have the capacity to run a 24/7 support line'. I replied '...but you seem to have the capacity to run a 24/7 social media campaign.' which was a fair response, since they were constantly advertising across their socials and responding to comments, while they left my concerns unresolved.
They claimed that my 'message came through outside [of their] customer service hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–4 pm)' and that's why they didn't respond promptly. However, I replied to their email at 15:31 on Friday, after receiving Ferdeze's email 16 minutes before at 15:15. As I stated in my response to Sumaiya, 'if customer satisfaction was a priority at Browniegod, Ferdeze would've ensured that the matter got resolved by the end of that same day.'
Sumaiya claimed 'Our brownies are all baked fresh in large batches and dispatched with next-day delivery to ensure their freshness upon arrival.', to which I responded 'As I've previously stated, it is clear from the pictures I've sent you that the brownies are completely stale... You can try to defend the business you work for as much as you like... but this does not negate the fact that the brownies you sent me were completely stale.'
Sumaiya's email read 'In reference to Ferdeze offering you a box of Oreo Cheesecake brownies without toppings... we wanted to see if you'd like to trial the box without toppings as a gesture of goodwill so you could taste the Oreo Cheesecake flavour more.' to which I responded 'I'm not sure how anyone could've come to the conclusion that the decorations were ever the problem... I never said they were. The problem was the brownie itself. [Furthermore] there isn't anything 'goodwill' about offering to send me a box of Oreo Cheesecake brownies when you had sent me stale brownies in the first place.'
My response continued 'If Ferdeze had taken the time to actually read my first email, she would've known that the matter could've been resolved by sending me replacements with different flavours, or she could've accepted my offer to return both boxes of brownies for a full refund. She did not respond to my suggestions... instead she ignored my suggestions and came up with one of her own.'
The end of Sumaiya's email read, 'To begin the refund process, I've attached the shipping label you need to add to return the brownies so we can share the feedback directly with the kitchen. As soon as the brownies arrive, you will get your refund.', to which I replied 'Since Ferdeze had stopped communicating with me altogether, and she didn't respond to any of my offers to return the brownies, and was unhelpful during our previous communications - It was clear that we weren't going to reach a resolution between us. Subsequently, I've been handling the matter with my bank and the brownies have already been disposed of.'
I replied to Sumaiya's email on the same day that she had sent it to me - 31/03/2025. However, I received an email from Ferdeze 3 days later responding to my email.
After nearly a week of Browniegod avoiding to comment on the pictures I had sent them of the brownies, and after calling them out multiple times for not commenting - Ferdeze now claimed 'All our products are baked fresh and shipped the next working day, and from the photos you shared, we could see they were freshly made and met our usual production and personalisation standards.' to which I didn't reply, as Browniegod's customer service is absolutely impossible. The bottom line is, the brownies they sent me didn't look anything like the freshly baked brownies they've advertised across their socials. The brownies they sent me were crusty and turning white, so Ferdeze must have worse eyesight than Stevie Wonder!
The clincher was at the end of Ferdeze's email which read '...we can see this situation has left you feeling frustrated, and while your order does not meet the conditions for a refund, I’m willing to offer one in full as a final gesture of goodwill. In return, I’m asking that the reviews be taken down, as they don’t reflect the full context of the situation. Let me know how you wish to proceed.'
Since I didn't respond to their email at the time - I'll respond here:
I will NOT delete my reviews under any circumstances. I've been completely honest and have evidence to support my claims.
However, I am willing to offer you a favour. If the provisional refund from my bank becomes permanent, and you fully replace my order with brownies that are freshly baked and are up to standard, I will 'update' my review to reflect this.
UPDATE: After a month since I opened my banking dispute, Browniegod have now challenged the dispute as of 29/04/2025.
Bring back the slabs!
I ordered some brownies to treat myself as I have had a terrible few months due to a close family member having a terminal illness.
I have ordered brownie slabs before and always loved them, but I have to admit, the new packaging really isn’t working for me. I have a feeling other customers may be feeling the same. The prices are very similar to those of the brownie slabs but we do not get anywhere near the same amount of brownie. They don’t look as appealing anymore because there is very little chocolate, and overall it just does not look as impressive as it used to.
I last got a slab in October 2024 for my birthday and it was amazing!!! This time around, I ordered the 9 brownie box, and it just does not justify the price. It feels a lot like we’re getting a lot less product for a similar price.
I personally feel disappointed and I want to ask the company to please please really consider bringing the slabs back!
They were so much better!

Not what I 'think' I ordered...
Spent over £50 for 21 brownies, pretty heavy price tag, but don't forget postage on top, something which you may have thought included for that money.
Now, apparently I ordered the wrong brownies, so instead of my mothers day labelled brownies, I've received an EID Islamic festival pack. Wonderful, just what I wanted as a present for Mothers day.
As you would expect, BG say it's my mistake, so I have no choice but suck it up and consider myself incompetent? Lesson learned.
Think twice, expensive and the customer service post order doesn't set your world alight. Nowhere to go with this other than to feedback the experience.

I've followed and admired the Browniegod company for 3+ years. I've ordered from them for my family in the past, and this year I finally ordered some for myself and finally got to taste!! I ordered the Brallow as soon as it was released, along with the Ramadan brownies.
Firstly, you can tell how much care and love goes into this company. As a baker myself, I love the tiktok and instagram videos showing the behind the scenes and just how much thought and effort Kanita puts into the entire ethos of the company, as well the tasty brownies!!
The brallow was SO pillowy soft, and I love that the mallows are halal!
The brownies themselves... oh my god. Devine! I am so obsessed. I will continue to support this incredible business, even if it means my waistline increasing 😅
