DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! if i can give no stars i would do it, i bought this eclectic Wheelchair for stairs climbing, and i asked the customer service if didn't suits me they said you can return it, first there was massive delay in recieving the itm very bad customer service, horrible packaging and when i tried it i didn't work for called them for return and raised 2 tickets they said the package was opened we cann't return it, of course the package was opened how can i try it if it not opened, they just want to get rid of their stuff, not reliable and deceiving not hoest they took £1130 and i said i don't mind pay extra for packaging but i can't afford to loose all this money and they said we are keeping our decision no returning, don't buy from them they are scamers just want to rip you off

We need to clarify the facts of this case.
You purchased an electric stair-climbing wheelchair and confirmed acceptance of the return conditions before purchase. After delivery, the product was fully opened, used, and the original packaging was already thrown away.
For safety and hygiene reasons, and in line with our stated return policy, medical mobility equipment cannot be returned once opened and used without its original packaging, unless a verified manufacturing fault is confirmed. No such fault was established.
We did communicate with you through multiple tickets, explained the policy clearly, and explored options, but a return could not be accepted under these conditions.
We understand your frustration, but presenting this as deception or a scam is inaccurate and does not reflect the documented exchange or agreed terms at the time of purchase.

I dont usually like to leave reviews, but this this i felt i had to, I bought oxygen machine few weeks ago and the support team was in big help. I tried to setup the nebuliser thing but was could not figure out how to. Gladly i contacted support and got it resolved, thank you Ann for the help. I am happy with the purchase overall

Faulty No refund.
I've tried phoning them several times to return a faulty item. I sent them loads of emails and then they came up with the excuse that Fill in a form which is page 30 on their website. I had to return the item within 14 days.
