Love the product and this order was to replace a lost cup. Order went through quickly, great communication. The courier however was a huge problem. Evri didnt even attempt delivery, said couldn't address even though every other courier can find the address. They returned the item to supplier without attempting a 2nd. Bru were brilliant and organised another item to be delivered to a different address and the item arrived. Bru cups are brilliant only let down by their choise of courier

Love the look and style of the cup. Like the idea of the lid and it is a great system. The ceramic is slightly stained already from my coffee. I would think that if it was ceramic, there would be no staining.

Amazing cups, coffee / tea tastes amazing, no metallic taste. Keeps drinks hot for ages and really easy to drink from so perfect for driving. Had a really good experience with customer service too, very responsive. Have bought for family members too as I love mine so much

Absolutely exceptional service from Bru!

The product is superb! Coffee tastes far better from the ceramic lined cup vs. my previous stainless steel ones. Cup fits perfectly in the cup holders of all my vehicles, which is something many others can’t boast. The 12oz version I have also fits perfectly under the dispenser of my De’Longhi Rivelia coffee machine, again something else I’ve struggled with. Drinks stay hot for a long time and the click lid that you can drink from at any angle is a game changer.

What really stands out with Bru is their after-sales service - exceptional! Would like to give special thanks to Ashley for their ridiculously rapid response to a query I had.

So far the cup is brilliant! Tea tastes like actual tea with no metallic taste, no leaking and it stays hot for hours! Worth the money without a doubt.

As per title, they're advertised as easy clean but in all honesty i litterally dont think you can hygenically clean them... there are so many intricate surfaces and cavities in the lid that liquid can end up in and bacteria and mould will (and does... euw) grow in.

The lid is three pieces, one of which remains sprung loaded and very difficult to clean. Additionally there are three rubber seals that need removed with tweesers or a knife. Its honestly a complete mission.

The top is dishwasher safe (thus narrowly avoiding a 1star trustpilot)... so you can disassemble it into the 6 parts and then dishwasher it with a steam clean end cycle... that should clean it albeit i doubt the rubber seals will last all that long... maybe hand wash those..... urgh... what am i saying.... it should not be this hard / complicated!

Really its just an over engineered mess.

So this company have gone above and beyond to get their product to me! My box of cups went through 3 tries to get delivered to me in Portugal… with a detour through Austria!
They never complained or said no to getting them to me!! I have been so impressed!!
Their cups are hands down my favourite for holding hot drinks! I have tried so many others and always end up throwing them away… this is the only one which works correctly and looks good in my hand! Thank you for making these!

I just ordered (and received) my 3,4, and 5th Bru cup. I originally ordered two on kickstarter and loved them so much, on a recent trip to the UK I was hoping to buy them in a store as gifts for family. I emailed the Bru team and they got back to me promptly! Unfortunately they’re not in stores so I placed an order to get them shipped to my hotel. They said that they weren’t sure they’d arrive in time so we came up with a solution to get them shipped to Canada instead. By the time I got home, the cups arrived only a few days later. I got the purple, green and black. The colours look amazing! I did notice the paint/ceramic at the very top (rim) of the cup isn’t perrrrrfect but it doesn’t really matter since the lid covers it. Since I’ve had the original cups, I’ve had zero complaints for my needs - usually taking coffee with me on my occasional commute to work. I love the way they look, I like how they function and superb customer service!

The Bru cup is ideal, having the ceramic liner really makes a difference to the taste of my coffee. Highly recommend this product if you want a true coffee taste.

Me and my partner bought 4 travel cups from Bru as we are avid tea and coffee drinkers. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed in the lid design and mechanism. Its far too footery, difficult to clean and not easy to dismantle and needs cleaned after every use otherwise it starts to smell and taste weird.

I contacted Bru with my concerns and frustrations and they were fantastic to deal with. What a brilliant company. Although they wouldn't refund our cups as we no longer wanted them, they did offer money back which was appreciated as they didn't need to do that. They were understanding of our concerns and disappointments and they were great at responding.

I would have loved these mugs had the lids been much better designed and easy to clean. I hope one day they redesign them so I can use them as they were perfect otherwise.

So I wouldn't recommend the cup due to how dirty the lids get from the residue from the coffee and tea but I would say that the company really value its customers and really care about their experience.

Excellent company to deal with. The products are brilliant especially the bru coffee travel mug.

I ordered the 16oz Lilac travel mug in February 2026. It was one of the few good-looking travel mugs with a slim enough base to fit in my (old) car’s cup holder.

It looks great, the ceramic coating feels lovely, and I use it every day. When the lid works properly, it really is leakproof. Unfortunately, that’s not consistently the case. The lid frequently gets stuck in the open position, meaning you have to disassemble and reassemble it to get it working again. This can be particularly frustrating if you’re in a hurry or already in the car when you realise it’s stuck.

The lid also needs to be completely disassembled and reassembled for washing, which I find unnecessarily fiddly when you have to do it every day. On top of that, the open and closed positions look very similar, so it’s surprisingly easy to leave it in the open position and spill your drink everywhere. Even after using it daily for six months, I still occasionally do this.

For the price, I expected a product that was not only stylish but also more ergonomic and intuitive to use. Having to fiddle with the lid so often, whether because it gets stuck or simply because it needs to be disassembled for cleaning, makes it more effort than I think a good travel mug should be.
