Unfortunately, it appears you were the victim of a porch piracy incident — a growing issue that affects many online shoppers today.
Because the package was marked as delivered on the carrier’s system, we were required to request a police report in order to file an insurance claim and recover the cost.
As soon as we received the police report from you, we immediately issued a full refund — even though, to this day, the insurance company has not yet reimbursed us.
