Victoria was amazing. She was sincere, attentive, caring and understanding, she reassured me and took me through every process and step needed whilst making it very smooth and easy for me during my difficult time. I found myself facing 80+ fare evasion charges from TFL for trips I never took. It was frustrating to see how TFL's process works, where they cast a wide net over the preceding 8 weeks, leaving the burden of proof on the accused. I was grateful to BSB Solicitors for their assistance in successfully resolving my fare evasion matter. I will be eternally thankful to Victoria Duffy for making things happen. I was so shattered and depressed since I had some technical issues with my bank and was unaware of the seriousness of the situation, so I simply gave my information to the inspector when he said I hadn't paid. I first contacted BSB Solicitors during the Christmas holiday because I received a letter regarding a fare Evasion that happened back in October 23. The threat of a criminal record had me worried but after the initial call with BSB, I was reassured and Jonathan Black reached out to me in a few minutes.
