Excellent customer service
Had a slight accident and stood on my BShoneybees 2:1 nuc lid. Website showed out of stock so messaged them to see if they could help. They searched the warehouse and found me one, delivered in two days.
Quality customer service as usual 🙌

First class queen bee suppliers
I was delighted with the excellent and first class service and advice by a very knowledgeable bee keeper.
The 3 queens supplied were received the day following ordering. They were well marked in their queen cages and after the usual period of introduction have all successfully settled and are laying very well.

Queen accepted very well in some very stressful circumstances. This being to the very hot temperatures experienced this week. I checked the nuc hive the Queen was introduced into after 5 days from releasing the Queen. And the Queen has started laying very well, with plenty of eggs visible.
