I made an enquiry a couple of months ago for a move from the uk to uk. I was contated the same day when I made the enquiry and got a price two days later which was very competitive. The staff are very professional and the move was simless which was done in the day considering how last minute the move was. All I can say is that BTR exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish, they really looked after our goods and took excellent care with packaging.

Our movement manager Collette was so helpful, went above and beyond to help us with our transition in moving homes, Collette kept us upto date with out transport and tracking, was excellent in calming my nerves as we know how moving stressful is, honestly the woman’s worth her weight in gold.

Would definitely reccomend and use if moving house again.

Moved in August 2023. Team and their lorry arrived nice and early, all polite and well mannered. Couldn't do enough to help us. Lived in my previous home for 18+ years and they put floor protection down as if it was a new build. They really looked after my home. It was was well protected before they started. We actually left the floor protection down for the new owners, to help them with their moving in day.
The team worked so fast! . Had us all fully packed and loaded by mid-day. Arrived at the new home on time. We had to wait a little while for our keys. Everything delivered into our new home, again all flooring protected. It was a very hot day and the team never once complained. All unpacking done and all boxes removed. Everything delivered with care. Would definitely use them again. Nothing was too much trouble.

ho chiesto se potevo io ritirare il pacco ma mi è stato negato.
mi è stato detto di chiamare alle 8,30 di mattina per avere aggiornamenti per poi dirmi richiami alle 10. PESSIMI

Non portano i pacchi a casa, bensi al negozio di smistamento.

Exorbitant parking charges (upwards of 500 gbp). Refusal to adjust them with actual parking time taken by truck.
