Ordered from this company for a few years now, for everyone in my family's birthdays and Christmas and their service is exceptional. Their products are fantastic and the 2 times I have had an issue, it is always rectified in a professional and speedy manner, without any fuss. They usually last a good few weeks, if not a month or two, depending on the weather at the time. The mothers day balloon was lovely and is still going strong.

Always use for special occasions -- delivery is on time, product is always as specified on site.

Miles ahead of any high street balloon shops in quality. This was my second purchase, having had to cancel my first one their customer service was prompt, friendly and very helpful. The delivery was spot on, on time, the advice about delivery times was very helpful. (They advised that dpd delivery should be the day before the date you want).
The balloons themselves were fantastic! Very cool and it's been 2 weeks since they were delivered, and although they are deflating slowly, they are still floating! Brilliant quality.
