We have recently ordered a set of balloons which were very good in terms of quality. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery as it was not delivered to my doors and just left in the post room which is very lazy and detracts from an otherwise positive experience of balloons provided.

I ordered balloons for a specified date and specified delivery time. Balloons not delivered and customer service was supposed to get back to me but 36 hours later, still no response even though I have sent a couple of follow up emails.

Brilliant hassle free professional service from start to finish- birthday balloon huge success - highly recommend as I will def be using again- many thanks AAA++++

The quality of the balloons is very very good. The ordering and delivery service was outstanding. This is a very reliable company and we would recommend them.

I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday and one arrived damaged in transit. Bubblegum were very apologetic and swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately in time for the party. V impressed, would order again.

I have used Bubblegum balloons for two big birthdays now and both times the customer service, choice, quality of product and delivery have been superb.

Most recently, after a payment error on my part where my order did not go through, the wonderful Lorraine and Richard worked miracles to ensure my daughter didn't miss out on her 16th surprise after a desperate call from me! Lorraine couldn't have been more helpful and Richard promptly delivered with a lovely smile and birthday wishes.

Follow up communications have also been great.

Just received my order for my hubbys 60th Birthday balloons. He was so surprised when we received in quite a large box. The balloons were all okay when he opened the box the balloons popped out, very good quality balloons and so much care in sending them. Will definitely use Bubblegum Balloons again.

Got the balloons for my child’s first month - they stayed inflated for more than one month. She also absolutely loved playing with them, giving me an opportunity to have a breakfast in meanwhile - rare luxury for a two months old mom! Thanks a lot

I cannot fault this company. I ordered 12x helium heart ceiling balloons for my sisters birthday, I knew they would be good quality and arrive on time as I had made previous orders but I just need to mention how long they have lasted. They arrived on 23rd October and they are still fully inflated and don’t look like they are going to budge any time soon! I am shocked because on the site it said they would last 2-3 days but it’s been over a week! Thank you!

Ordered an anniversary ballon for my wife. It was brilliant when she opened the box, but less then 18 hours later it had lost nearly all its helium and looked so sad. I sent emails and message via contact page on web site and no response. Dreadful waste of money. Plus no customer service to put it right

Balloon arrived on time and I was updated with delivery times throughout. Well boxed and was just what we wanted at the 80th birthday!

Recently posted a review regarding balloons which arrived with a cut in one and others deflated, customer service has been very good , offered discount of further orders or money refunded . Have used this firm on several occasions and never had any problems just unfortunately this time I think but matter resolved satisfactorily
