I must’ve come across BudBuddies back in August last year and honestly, I have had only positive experiences. Communication is always great - I’m always spoken to like I’m their only customer!
Orders always arrive within 48hrs too as stated on the website. Sometimes it’s the next day! But always within 48hrs. I’m a big edible’s fan and their gummies SLAP! If you’ve a high/regular tolerance, you’ll need the high strength ones👍
Legit company guys & dolls. I get it, ordering gardening online to your door sounds a bit dodgy… I’ve never had a parcel not arrive or anything like that and I reckon I place an order a week!😂

I love this company! Very quick responses to enquiries. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My package was held in the main Royal Mail sorting office, guessing stolen and a very poor response from their 'customer service' team. They could learn a lot from BB's team who sent a replacement and are still having to fight for a refund from RM. Brilliant service from Budbuddies, boo hiss Royal Mail!

I'd like to point out that I am a real person reviewing a real product. I have anxiety so ordering certain items made me a bit nervous. When royal mails tracking hadn't updated I panicked a little. After contacting budbuddies about my order they explained everything and it arrived the next day. The product is amazing and hits the spot 😋.
