This company has ZERO administrative control over their courses. On my first course, after watching the first video (a whole hour long video) the button for continuing on to the next step either dissapeared or never popped up (i couldnt find it). This means this company expects me to sit here another hour to watch the video to move forward to the next step of the chapter. I called and the help desk told me sucks to suck and rewatch the video. Either give them administrative powers to move forward or give me my money back.

User friendly and relevant info

Three of the courses that I purchased as a part of the CE bundle have expired. I purchased the bundle Jan 6th, 2026. The courses expired Dec. 31, 2025. I feel like those courses should have been updated as soon as Jan 1st, 2026 hit. I still gave a three out of five because the courses that I am able to take from the bundle have been great so far. Plus, it was my negligence for not completing my required CE hours for renewing in a timelier fashion.
