I ordered size 14 shoes, they sent me a size 46. Not real sure how a 46 is a size 14 US. It was more like a size 11 US. 24/7 customer, not a chance! Hassle free returns, bullcrap! They want you to pay for shipping to return and they also want to deduct handling and service fees. Not worth the hassle and just cost more money. Going to put the shoes in my wife's garden and let her plant flowers out of them.

I ordered these shoes which seem to have good reviews and a good price. When they arrived, they were not anywhere near the right size and and they did not have orthopedic support which they claim to have. I’ve been trying to return them for a couple of weeks now and I keep getting emails saying it’s gonna cost me almost the entire amount to pay a restock fee and shipping. In addition, they have not told me where or how I can return them. They’ve now offered me $15 on a 60+ dollar order. This site should be taken down and no one should be buying these shoes.

If You you want to waste your money order from this company. There are No EASY Returns. Only NO Returns at all. No matter the reason. Even defective, not able to ware at all shows.. Well they did offer me a $8 refund on a $50+s/h. I'm working with PayPal to hopefully fix the situation. Hopefully PayPal will stop excepting Bulepods business.
Plus No orthopedic products. It is a Flip Flop sandals sole. CRAP

I, like the people below were scammed by Bulepods. Their shoes are poorly made and returning the product - even though their website states "Easy Return", they are not. In fact they give you the run around with incoherent 1 sentence responses that tell you nothing. I will be reporting them to the FTC.

The worst product I ever purchased

I wish I had read all the other reviews on this site before I ordered from Bulepods. As everyone has said, this company lies. Nothing on their website about the products are true. These are cheap, non orthotic shoes and they refuse to give a refund. I tried to play by the rules but I'm contacting my card company and do a chargeback. Screw 'em.

YOU CAN NOT JUST STEAL $39.98 OFF A PERSON AND GET AWAY WITH YOU. YOU STOLE MY MONEY WHEN YIU FALSELY ADVERTISED YOU SHOES AND WHEN I WANTED A. REFUND YOU FAILED TO FOLLOW REFUND POLICY AND OFFERED ME 8 DOLLARS AND TOLD ME I COULD THROW AWAY THE SHOES. I KNOW NOW YOU PEOPLE ARE IN CHINA AND I WILL NOT STOP AND LET EVERYONE ELSE KNOW YOUR ILLEGAL TACTICS IN SELLING YOUR PRODUCT THAT IS A PIECE OF TRASH TO HONEST PEOPLE WHO PEOPLE WHO BELIEVED YOUR LIES.

This is a scam front. horrible product, nothing ortopedic. I believe this is a portal for real scamming, which actually happened to me, within days of this order with a fake Apple Support person, a fake Bank Corporate office service person. Their ad says they will provide free return service. After offering first $7, then $10, then $13 saying I needn't return product, then said I had to pay
shipping and handling fees, not a return label, a Chinese address.

I bought a pair of sandles from this company, they blatantly lie on their website, this inferior product has no genuine leather, cotton, linen, canvas or Cork. It's cheap plastic chinese rubbish. I has zero orthotic or pain relieving abilities what so ever. The company does not honor the money back guarantee it claims on the website. This product is so poor, that I cut them up, and put the images with my review on their website. I doubt it will get approved!

I would reate this company as a negative number. I received an item that was poor quality and did not fit. I was given many offers of $10 or $15 refunds. They refused to provide me with any return information. I reported to the BBB and finally the gave me an address with a warning that shipping and restocking fees were going to be very expensive. I shipped the shoes back anyway. It's been over a month and still no refund.

Bulepods advertised a stunning pair of Naot Glacier Mules on sale for under $40, whereas the actual retail price is well over $100. Unaware of the brand or its typical price, I ordered them. However, what I received looked identical to a $7 pair of shoes on AliExpress—cheap and disappointing.
Moreover, Bulepods' customer service has been unhelpful, likely overwhelmed with returns from other dissatisfied customers dealing with similar knock-off issues. I ended up losing almost $40, believing I was getting a good deal on quality shoes. The received knock-offs don’t resemble the original website pictures at all and don’t even look like men’s shoes.

Do not purchase from this company. The products are fake flimsy and they will not refund you if you ask for a refund. I have reported them to trading standards

Do not trust this company. I bought 3 shoes that came and were terrible quality, tried to return and they said they would return for $7 even though the website says free return & 60 day money back guarantee.

Zero stars is too many! Run away from this company. These people run a RACKET to get money for flimsy "orthopedic" shoes. The only thing orthopedic about these shoes is they fit over toes but all are plastic with no insoles. I saw that they had beautiful, leather, orthopedic shoes on their website. I was scammed. They don't fit, fall apart because of plastic materials, and only response that I get from the company is:

ZERO stars! SCAM ALERT It’s a total scam!! Avoid this ‘company’! The shoes are cheap plastic shipped in from China taking weeks to arrive and are nothing like they describe on their website. There is no arch support at all and the shoes are hard, inflexible, ugly and flat inside. Customer service is a total joke, when you contact them they send a one liner response giving you no information and no willingness to refund you at all. They only offer an exchange and say if you return the shoes then you have to pay the shipping costs (£25). Even then you would only get a partial refund! It’s a total scam & I wish I’d checked before I bought!!

Don't buy anything from these guys! It took a while to receive the shoes I ordered, and when they arrived, they were too small (as well as so cheaply made that no one would wear them). They were advertised as great for providing arch support. They are flat inside.
The biggest problem, though, is that they advertised free returns. They do not! I scoured their webiste and found the fine print: they only give free returns if the product were damaged during transport. If they don't fit, too bad for you--you pay for the shipping back to Singapore!! Stick with Amazon--they've worked out the problems with scammers like these. Or better yet, support to your local store. I wish I had.

I received over and beyond EXCELLENT & VERY QUICK customer service from Bulepods. Very happy with my purchase and can not say enough good things about their Customer Service.

The item I received was quite shoddy and I am pretty sure not even leather. I attempted to return but there is a restocking fee and the shoes would need to be returned to China. They offered $8 refund then a $15 refund. I said no thanks to both offers as I would be writing a bad review.
There is no way this company has so many positive reviews… they must be manufactured.

After almost 5 months of sending hundreds of emails to BULEPODS, and several reviews on Trustpilot I was finally refunded $47.94 although they said they'd refund $50.00. I spent over $50. on these cheap shoes, and I've been fighting with them since August. I know that 50 bucks isn't that much money to waste that much time on, but it annoys me that so many people have given up on trying to get a refund and I wasn't going to stop until I got more than $30.00 that they've offered to other reviewers. Don't waste your money on the shoes, they're poorly made and hideous looking. If you think you're going to get a refund like they promise, it will be far less than what you spend (is that even legal?) and the aggravation of dealing with this company isn't worth it. If you want some cheap shoes, just go to Target or Walmart, at least you'll get an honest return if needed. The end.
