Once again failure to deliver when promised.
This is so regular it is the norm. And is to be expected.
No change in last 6 months after wasting my time with numerous complaints.
This is obviously a cowboy setup, my stomawear was delivered absolutely filthy!!! And they don't seem to care. So tomorrow I'm ringing cqc, bearing in mind I am meant to attach this inferior equipment to my bowel. Just to clarify the situation further!!! One of your colleagues rang me Tuesday morning , he was ever so sympathetic. Who said he's going to upgrade my complaint to formal!!! And order new box of stoma bags , that he'd ring me back in 30 mins... Here I am 52 hrs later waiting for the call? This isn't very trustworthy is it? Oh & by the way no new stoma bags as yet!!!

Yet again no delivery on the designated day yet they must know this is going to happen. I have 2 stoma bags left. Now yet again it’s down down to me to try and source locally. So poor

This company used to be very good but recently seem to have become very unreliable. I ordered supplies last week and was promised delivery on 1st June. Nothing arrived and the delivery is now 2 days overdue.
I got a text message with a tracking number which isn’t recognised by parcelforce or Royal Mail.
It is impossible to make contact with them as their telephone lines are always busy. You can request a callback but when it comes the line immediately disconnects at their end when I pickup the call.
Not sure what I am going to do as I’m running out of supplies !
Update (from one star to four stars)
The company responded quickly to my complaint and has resolved my specific issue quickly and in a very professional manner. They admit they are having some temporary issues but are apparently committed to resolving these quickly. Based on the very efficient way they handled this I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see how things improve over the next few months.
Despite the problems I had, it is refreshing to see a company that acknowledges feedback and seems to be genuinely committed to improving, this is very rare these days!

What a mistake i made .April's delivery was 30% short of my months supply of catheter overnight bags..I had to manage my shortfall by ordering from Amazon, before Bullens got the shortfall delivered to me.This month should have been delivered yesterday as I've now runout again.I have purchased via my daughter 's Amazon A/C and 10 have been delivered today. Today I tried to
telephone Bullens,but gave up after hanging onto their long wait of 25 minutes, with no reply.Ive text them but nothing asking when will i receive this months (JUNE) supply but nothing.Even when they say they despatch the items they don't arrive for at least five days Amazon arrive in 24 hrs. I'm 86 and just cannot cope with this worry of very poor service.

Im sure call takers have been changed as I have Experienced communication problems on two occasions difficult to make them understand my order also they speak far to fast that ive had to ask them to talk slower which then makes them adjutated where has the efficient call takers gone also always 20mins wait on phone calls when you ring I left a callback that never came when I rang back they had closed earlier then stated..not a good system anymore

Only been with them since January and four of our deliveries have gone wrong. The most recent one was suppose to be delivered on Friday but just got complimentary wipes and when eventually got through they said delivery had been put back to the following day by Parcelforce for the most important items. No text to tell us delivery times and will run out of supplies by today. Rang them on Saturday eventually getting through to them and telling me it is out for delivery. Where is the tracking, NOTHING!!!! Try to get a tracking number, waited on phone for 15 minutes only to be told office is now closed. What a joke!!

I did manage to get in touch with someone about 12 days ago and placed an order which has not arrived leaving me in a very difficult situation. I have been told by my doctors that the prescription was approved on the 20th and it is now the 29th and still no supplies. Of course, I am no longer using them.

Unfortunately, it is very obvious that something has drastically changed within this company over the past few months — and certainly not for the better.
Bullen Healthcare’s service has deteriorated dramatically, leaving families who depend on them struggling to access essential medical supplies. Families are being left high and dry with delayed, incomplete, or missing deliveries, often with little or no communication whatsoever.
Trying to contact the company is incredibly frustrating. On several occasions, I have spent 20–25 minutes on hold, only to be automatically cut off without ever speaking to anyone.
Bullen Healthcare used to be an excellent company, and orders were handled smoothly and reliably. Sadly, that is no longer the case. The decline in service has been shocking, and from speaking to other families, we are far from alone in experiencing these problems.
These are not optional items - families depend on these supplies daily. They need to get this situation sorted out urgently.
I genuinely hope the company can return to the standard of service it once provided.

This company is rubbish my prescription for stoma care has to go to these people nothing wrong with ordering or delivery but you have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes no one answers you have to request a call back which is so annoying you can’t almost garantee it will be at the most inconvenient time get your supplies elsewhere.

Giving my experience with this company, all the negative reviews here sound entirely plausible to me
I was expecting a delivery yesterday. Nothing arrived. I had to contact my GP surgery for an emergency prescription because I was out of supplies.
In the evening, I rang their emergency number. Lesley (refused to give her surname) picked up and said she couldn’t help because the system was down. She took my details. At 09:30 this morning, she rang and hung up before I could answer. She left a voicemail saying I would be getting a delivery tomorrow. No explanation about the missed delivery. Does this company not realise they are playing about with peoples’ health?
Tried to ring them this morning. “in a queue, wait time 2 mins, your call is very important to us”. After twenty minutes exactly, “technical problem, sorry, please try again later”. The call is then ended. The same thing happened a second time. So, I believe they are refusing to take incoming calls.
I have made a complaint to Bullen but don’t believe they are too concerned about what their customers think. I also intend complaining to the N.H.S. – maybe that will make Bullen take more notice.
I have also sent a message to info @ bullens.com.

Wait time is always 20 minutes according to recorded message however you are not able to wait as another recorded message says they will call you back this never happens it’s a disgrace that a commercial company with no medical degrees can have control over such an important service a stoma is not something you can put a plaster on so when you need these services they should deal promptly with your prescription request I will be reaching out to my local MP.

I have just received a random delivery of catheters from Bullen Healthcare. I did not want, need, or order said items. I have contacted my local GP practice who have informed me they were ordered by Bullen. I am currently trying to find out who gave Bullen the authority to place this order on my behalf, how much it will cost the NHS and why they saw fit to generate it. But I am informed that the queue to speak to a human is 30 minutes. If you are reading this Bullen, please be aware that I am very angry and will be contacting my local NHS care board for answers.
Update:
I have emailed you as requested as you have failed to carry out the actions you stated when a supervisor called me. I insist that the items dispatched by Bullen's, without request or approval are collected and a full refund is issued to the NHS, who will ultimately have paid for YOUR spurious actions.

This company has proved totally unreliable on 3 of the last 4 deliveries all of which have been serious as it cannot make expected deliveries on time of much needed ileostomy stoma supplies which I rely on to support my day to day life. Further after not receiving my last expected delivery despite registering my complaint and speaking 3 times to an advisor i received NO CALL BACK from a a so called manager to deal with this serious problem to resolve this non delivery . I was however informed by rhe excellent company advisors that my supplies were collected from the warehouse by DPD the following day ie after 4 pm Friday and not Thursday as should have been the case to ensure delivery on Friday. According to DPD, their transporters, my consignment would not therefore be delivered till the following monday. Totally unnacceptable and no communication from bullens managers. This company doea NOT act in the best interest of its regular customers and just seems to be chasing profit without care.Today Sunday I atill have NOT received a response from a manager. In short this company does NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT ITS REGULAR CLIENTS. Be warned if you are thinking of using Bullens.

What’s happened to Bullens I WAS a customer for MANY years Alice Bullen will turn in her grave seeing what has happened to her company today.
I am not going into the personal side of my problems with Bullens except to say
It is ‘impossible’ to speak to anybody in authority you are promised repeatedly that ‘someone’ will get back to you but despite further calls and promises they do not get back to you.
Fortunately I have ‘seen the light’ and changed my supplier, I am so relieved.

Don't phone when they say they will, don't deliver on the date they say they will. Lie to you on the phone about getting your problem sorted. Are happy to leave you without your medical supplies and couldn't careless. Don't use this company if you have a choice!

They call monthly and give delivery date but frequent mistakes with order.
Tried calling and wasted an hour on call. Call back service doesn't work at all.
No response to my complaints e mail.
If things don't improve I intend to change supplier.
I have found their stoma nurses helpful in the past.
