Really poor. False advertising - product sent was not what was ordered at all and not at all helpful with returns.
Very false, terribly company. Research before buying from them so you don’t make the same mistake!

Please, please whatever you do, do not buy anything from Bull Hat Co. I can assure you that what they advertise is not what they sell.

On March 4, I purchased a Pork Pie Traveler hat in black. What I was sent was a very poorly made piece of junk that looked nothing like the photograph in the website. This was Strike 1.

My hat was poorly packaged and the brim of the hat was bent out of shape. This was Strike 2.

I immediately submitted a claim to Paypal with a request for a full refund and according to Paypal, my refund was issued the same day based on the photographs I sent and a narrative relating to my complaint. I never received my refund.

I then contacted Bull Hat Co. requesting a return for refund and after many emails, the return instructions were provided. I now have to pay additional money to ship my piece of shit hat back to China. Yes, China. Not the US. Strike 3.

I strongly urge you not to buy anything from this sham of a company.

Garbage hat, that doesnt even remotly resemble their website picture. This is the temu version of temu. Terrible, and has not yet responded to customer service. DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered a pork pie hat. What I got was a felt costume hat that would likely fit a ken doll, not a grown human.

A total scam and a lesson to us all.

Do your checks when buying direct from an untried website!

They get one star because I can’t give them zero stars, total scam, I received two hats that looked like they were purchased from a party supply store, two hats crushed to shit in a plastic bag, one looks like a little girls hat and the other fedora is the wrong color and size, total shit, I should be kicked in my ass for not reading the reviews, I doubt if I get any of my money back, I’m officially not doing any business with Chinese companies in any way whatsoever, they advertise as an American company but it’s all a scam.

This company appears to be a scam, I think there are also other companies doing the same. I don't think they are based in the US and the product comes from China.

I orfdered a Pork Pie Hat, was not as described, came in a plastic bag instead of a box as the ad stated.

The product appears to be a felt party style hat.

This company is overseas, perhaps the US with no customer support contact other than by email. I was lured into buying until I realized I would not receive the item for a significant amount of time….too late they have my money. If you try to track your order it won’t allow you unless you subscribe to them….complete con. Do not buy from this company! I have not had confirmation of shipment a week after paying for my order. I’ll be claiming this back through my bank. Save your money folks!
