Do not trust this company!

Do not trust this company!! Their products are cheaply made, and not worth the savings they advertise you are saving. And if you try to cancel, they will refuse. If you try to escalate your concerns, they will refuse. They are focused only on getting money from a vulnerable population, pregnant women. A much better use of your money is to buy your own products separately, or invest in a more ethical box service.

These are a ripoff

These are a ripoff. Got my wife a 6-month subscription for the 2nd and 3rd trimester and we got maybe 3-4 useful items across all the boxes we got. Didn't know the subscription auto-renewed so ended up paying for 2 additional months of worthless boxes. Great idea but just not worth the $.

Not good

Meh. I was gifted these starting from trimester 1-3. So I feel bad for the person who gifted me these and wasted their money, but I gave all the products a fair shot.
There wasn’t anything that was amazing. In the box, there would be like one “worth it” product. Otherwise each trimester they would send A cheap headband with grippy socks (that feel like they came from the dollar store. Each month they would send a price sheet that tells you how much money you “save”, it’ll say that a pair of these socks are $15 and a flimsy cosmetic bag is almost $20 yeah.. okay. The only decent items in these boxes were the teas and occasional “soaks” that you can only use like once/twice but are supposedly 17+ dollars. However, at that point you could just get Epsom salts and a pack of grippy socks from a local place/target and just save your money. Not worth it. Please do research and just curate your own “box” of products that you know you’ll like and use. Or if you’re gifting this, I would also recommend something more custom. You’ll save your money in the long run for that mama to be.

Bait and Switch. Lure you in with promises of 100% satisfaction guarantee, easy and hassle free returns and and cancel subscription at any time. All lies. False advertising and fraud. Refused to refund me, refused to cancel my subscription and didn't even send me pregnancy related items. Sent me complete crap... stuff I could buy at a dollar store.

BEWARE of this company!!!

BEWARE of this company!!!! I am a high risk pregnancy and was put on bed rest and can't work. They are giving me a very hard time about canceling my subscription. I WOULD NOT subscribe to them they could care less about your wellbeing they just care about the money they're receiving! Terrible company. I have never had issues with other subscriptions before like I have with this company!!!

I can not say enough bad things about…

I can not say enough bad things about this company. SCAM.
Garbage bargain bin products.
I can not cancel! I have ended my subscription with them to find out I’m still getting charged a hideous amount for a automatic upgrade to the bitsy box! Ummm what! Since I never signed up for a bitsy box and my account was successfully cancelled I am getting a complete run around on cancelling the bitsy box.
Do not spend your money on this company!!!!

Complete waste of money!

I made the mistake of purchasing the 9 month subscription. I feel like most of the items were of little value and things I would not purchase or want. I received 3 boxes and chose to pay the early termination fee instead of getting the rest of the boxes. Huge rip off, like something you'd get for 5 bucks in a bargain bin.

What a waste of money

What a waste of money. First the products are generally useless to me and many are cheap. Here's an example: both of my last boxes contained hair ties of some type, a back scrubber, and one had granola while the other had instant oatmeal, both of which I could easily buy at the store. One time I gota tiny mug when I have tons of mugs. I also get skincare products each box which I don't care about because I have sensitive skin and products I'm loyal to. This is the third box with some sort of cream or oil for my bump. I also got an eye mask which I could buy at my local dollar store for a dollar and a water bottle that broke with two uses when I didn't need a water bottle anyway. The only useful thing I got was a pack of micellar cleansing wipes which I already use. It was nice to get extras. I also liked the microfiber hair turban I got in my last box. The Promise bump oil is all right but the other creams and face products they sent smelled weird to me. I hated the facial balancing mist they sent... It did literally nothing. Same with the morning sickness candies which I soon associated with the queasy feeling so I couldn't stand to take them. I wanted to cancel but it's a fee to cancel and my husband insisted I give it a chance in case the boxes got better. They didn't. Overall it was a massive waste of money and after the second disappointing box I was no longer excited when they would arrive. I got six boxes and didn't really enjoy or use anything from them except the wipes and the hair towel and bump oil.

Worst company ever

Got this subscription for my wife when she was pregnant, got 1 box during her pregnancy the other 6 boxes came months after our child was born. Upset I canceled the subscription they continued to send me these horrible boxes in the mail and charging me so I went back on to cancel it again got confirmed that it was canceled. Guess what more boxes show up in the mail everymonth. Customer service is absolutely horrible when you can get through to them. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, if your looking to get something for your pregnant wife stay the he'll away from this petty ass company. they will take your money and send you horrible product.

Incredibly MISLEADING...

Incredibly MISLEADING subscription programs. You buy 6 months but guess what, it renews anyway after the 6 month, and then have fun trying to cancel. They keep sending you crap that is not worth half the price they are charging for boxes. Stay away.

While your original commitment was met on 10/15/2021, you did not log in and schedule your subscription for completion, and your account did continue with auto-renewal, as agreed to upon purchase. I wish I would not have bought this

At first, it was nice getting this box. I signed up for the 9 month option for $39.99 a month. Getting something in the mail is nice. After a few boxes came in, I felt like the products were not worth $40 to me. I have literally only used one product from each box. It's possible the other subscriptions are worth it?

Also, before subscribing, just know that they CHARGE $25 to cancel. My experience with communicating with this department has been terrible. They take days to email you back and then you get a different person each time you email them saying different things. As a customer I kindly wanted to cancel peacefully, but this experience alone makes me wish I never had the subscription in the first place. I find it crummy that they would charge EXPECTING MOMS to cancel a plan. I can afford it, but I'm frugal and $25 can buy so much for the baby.

To me, the products weren't worth it. Right now I am 5 months into using this box. The water bottle they sent was super flimsy. They also send teas which I do not drink tea. They sent a little board to put letters on, it was so cheaply made. I think they put maybe one nice thing in the box each time and then put super (overpriced) cheap things in the box. I'm just a realist. I buy nice things for myself all of the time and would not have bought these things for myself.

Suggestions for bump box:

1. Please just don't do a cancel fee. That is so dumb. I can cancel any of my subscriptions for free so I find it evil to do this to pregnant mothers.

2. Allow moms to have early access to choosing from several options for their box! I did a FabFitFun box at one point and you could choose what was in it before they shipped it. $40 is pricey to be getting random things you end up not using because you did not know what to expect from the box.

3. Get a phone number. If you are only going to have email as the main point of contact, either get better at that or have someone answering the phone.

Horrible Company and FRAUDULENT

Horrible Company and FRAUDULENT. I emailed them 3 times to Cancel my subscription they finally responded after the 3rd email and up until I finally got a response they continued to bill me each month. I tried calling but there is only a recording you cannot speak to anyone via phone. When I finally got a response I had to pay a $25 cancellation fee. After paying the fee I saw additional attempts to my credit card for more charges. I had to contact my credit card company and authorities about this matter. I wish I would have never purchased a subscription with this company.

Just a box full of junk fo 40.00. You can spend your money better and get much more at the dollar store. They charge you 25.00 to cancel your subscription. Terrible customer service, no one to speak to. Only online in a chat

Can you guys please please please cancel my order? I am fine with paying a $25 fee. I just want my order to be cancelled. I did not realize there was a US to CA fee involved.

This was the biggest waste of money

This was the biggest waste of money. I received a box with one pair of socks, tea, a headband and a crappy, cheaply made "lovey" (that felt disgusting, I would never want my child to have to touch it) for almost $50. WHAT A RIPOFF. If I went to the store and bought these items it would've cost me maybe $20. The problem is, I wouldn't have ever gone to the store to buy these items. What a bunch of crap.
