My order was late but only happened once and they were moving factories my dogs 🐕 love this food no more fishy oders from full glands they have the best shiny coats may be a bit more expensive but it's worth it

Wonderful customer service, dealt with a issue i had very quickly. As for the food my dogs thrive on it, their coats are lovely and shiny, and not loads of poo either so no rubbish in it. Reccomend trying it.

I used Burns Food many years ago and have tried various other brand, including natural food. I have gone back to Burns as their food is so good, their nutritionists are excellent and very helpful. The difference Burns food makes to your dogs is remarkable.
