Nice chain, however the spring was broke on the catch. After sending mails, leaving voicemails and numerous unanswered phone calls, we gave up and went to the local jewellers to get it fixed.

I ordered a 2mm band laser engraved with our sons name and date of birth for my wife. The quality of the piece is exceptional and it easily surpassed any expectations that I had. The whole process from ordering to receiving the item has been extremely easy and communication from Jaycee just helped to make everything that little bit easier. Little things like sending out a ring sizer to make sure I was ordering the correct size really helped.

I honestly can’t recommend this business enough, we will certainly be returning for future jewellery purchases!

Well what can I say about Burt and Gurt. Fabulous service. We ordered our daughter a necklace for her birthday....our fault we ordered with only 3 weeks to spare. We called the day before to find out when we could expect it. Jaycee went out of her way to make sure we received on time...even putting in a birthday card for our daughter.
