First class

Great price, communication was brilliant, delivered exactly when they said, really helpful courier.

The samples I ordered arrived with a few days, which was brilliant and I was able to choose what I wanted.

I ordered two rolls of vinyl for bedrooms (I have a cat who sometimes has accidents and another who scratches carpets). This is meant to be a temporary measure, but the flooring looks amazing! It’s foam backed, so comfortable under foot. The wood effect pattern looks brilliant and just as good as the more expensive click vinyl laid on the landing. The vinyl was delivered within three days and the quality is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Amazing level of service - really friendly customer service, fantastic quality of product, and a great turn around for delivery. Couldn't ask for a better service!

Very quick delivery ordered on Wednesday and arrived the next day.Brilliant customer service very helpful. As for the flooring it looks great many thanks.

The carpet I recievied was not what I ordered it should have been centurion invictus silkworm it was only half the thickness it should have been the customer has not noticed she has had invictus Orion whitch is a cheaper carpet off another supplier what is twice as thick

Arrived very quickly and safely. Delivery firm also good. Flooring just as described and good quality

Great customer service , carpet arrived much sooner than expected. Would recommend.

Great company easy to deal with and great communications all the way through the Journey. Phil was so Helpful and accommodating all the way through. We will be using Burts as our new supplier going forwards

From ordering to deliver such a quick and easy process.
Good quality carpet and delivery driver was great, went above and beyond helpful when delivering.

damaged carpet on delivery emailed you and no reply

I wrote to you to collect it. I selected the width for a reason, you sent something way too big and you replied that I should be happy because I was getting extra carpet!

It’s too damn big!

Delivered quickly and delivery driver polite and put the carpet where i wanted it to go

I needed a bigger length of carpet than I could order online, so I contacted Burts and they were very helpful in arranging everything I needed, and delivering on a week that suited me.

The process for ordering the carpets was simple, I did call in for advise as I was trying to understand I could pay for a whole remnant and could they cut it in half for me for an extra fee so I would have two halves but was told it's an online company and that's it. You take or leave what's on the site...Samples took a week to arrive hence 4 instead of 5 stars. The delivery driver was brilliant, he worked directly for Burts (as I'm in the area) and was very pleasant.
