I honestly cannot recommend Bury Chiropractic Centre and the team highly enough.

When I first arrived for my consultation with Sona, I was struggling with two herniated discs and one bulging disc. I couldn’t walk without a stick and the support of another person, and I was living with significant pain.

From the beginning, the care has been exceptional. Sona took the time to understand my medical needs and created an individual 26-week care plan specifically for me. Everything was explained clearly and in everyday, non-medical language, so I understood exactly what we were doing and why.

The first phase of my treatment has involved IDD Therapy (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics), a non-surgical spinal decompression treatment designed to gently relieve pressure around affected spinal discs and help create the best conditions for recovery. It is carried out on their state-of-the-art IDD beds, which admittedly look a little scary at first! In reality, the treatment is completely pain-free for me, surprisingly comfortable and very controlled.

Although I am still in this first phase, the difference has already been remarkable. Within just a few weeks, I went from needing a stick and another person for support to being able to walk unaided. The reduction in my pain has also been incredible.

The staff are a huge part of what makes the centre so good. Sona and Cheryl have been looking after me during my IDD sessions, explaining everything, checking how I am feeling and assessing my progress at every appointment. They are knowledgeable, reassuring, friendly and genuinely seem invested in helping me improve.

Mo on reception is also fantastic — always warm, welcoming and ready to help with anything we might need. There is such a friendly atmosphere that you feel looked after from the moment you walk through the door.

I am now about to begin the second phase of my care plan, which will introduce chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy. I’m really looking forward to seeing how much further I can progress and will update my review as my treatment continues.

As it stands, I would absolutely recommend Bury Chiropractic Centre, the team and the treatment to anyone struggling with back problems. The level of care, knowledge and dedication has been exceptional, and the improvement I have experienced already has been incredible.

Just wanted to share my views experience regarding the Deep tissue massage treatment by Lola who i found to be very Professional eliviating a thorasic spine issue and knots in both shoulders. *EDIT: Went just this morning (24.08.26) and had a massage from the new therapist there (Lola). Felt amazing afterwards, and cannot recommend her highly enough. Along with Anna and Tom, they have a great team there. Aichen, Ryan, Jessica, Sona and Cheryl also helping me with my back issues. If ANYONE is struggling, this is the place to visit , you definitely won't regret it!

The staff go above and beyond to look after you, offer reassuring advice, and talk through every part of the treatment, from the initial consultation, to the course of adjustments, massage and bed sessions, with follow up assessments mid course to assess progress.

I have been coming to Bury Chiropractic for over 3 years and the level of care and expert support has been outstanding from Sona, Jono and Tom. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming especially on reception, Maria, Mo and Max are always ready to greet you with a smile and a warm welcome which instantly makes you feel at home. My mobility, has been greatly enhanced, and the need for pain relief drastically reduced. I highly recommend Bury Chiropractic if you are wanting to improve your quality of life.

Following a stroke 3yrs ago my pain had become unbearable in lower back and neck.i had consultation with Cheryl who was thorough in my assessment and in the explanations of all treatments following this. She listened carefully and made great suggestions to help.
All staff have been pleasant and friendly I would highly recommend this practice.

Over 40 years of neck and back problems, taking heavy duty medication, physiotherapy, and non of them really helped. After nearly 3 months of treatment at this amazing centre, I am feeling so much more human. I have ditched all my medication and am able to get around much easier. Sona, Anna, Mo and all the staff are fabulous... I was told decades ago not to use a Chiropractor, how wrong tat information was. Give it a go, I don't think you will be dissapointed.

My experience of Bury Chiropractors has been so positive, I have been going for two years now and have benefited so much from seeing Aichen ( chiropractor) and Tom ( sports massage ) , I cannot recommend them enough.

We decided to go for a consultation after my wife saw a deal on FB. We met with Ryan, who asked many questions and answered mine. After this we met with Sona to go over my scans and reports to work out the best treatment schedule. We decided to go for the full chiro, massage and disc therapy treatment. I was sceptical about the value of massage until I had a session with Tom. It really helped as part of the treatment and made the disc therapy easier. Part way through now and the chiropractor Ryan has already fixed issues with my upper spine that I didn't notice due to the lower spine problems. My range of upper body movement and flexibility has increased with work ongoing with my lower back. Anna took over my massage treatment recently and has helped me with other issues besides my back involving scar tissue from old operations. Sona runs the disc therapy machine and has helped me with all aspects of my treatment and has been a great source of information and advice. The whole team have been absolutely amazing. They are all approachable, friendly and caring whilst also staying professional throughout the process.
I was so impressed that I recommended them to my daughter.

Fantastic people here, who are all very professional. My back is greatly improved with the help of the Team- Aimee, Anna, Tom, Umar, Ryan, especially Cheryl, Mo & Pauline. Arrived with extreme back pain with shooting pain down my right leg. I was placed in the care of Sona who patiently guided me through a course of disc therapy which together with massage and chiropractic sessions means I am well on my way to recovery. Highly recommended.

The staff are lovely, the service is 2nd to none. I have been using their chropractic and sports massage services for many years. They have helped me through both medical and physical issues. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the 3rd massage I have had with Aimee, she has as they say, a great bedside manner. Listens well to what is needed. Always checks that the pressure she uses is manageable. Definitely feel the benefits after and will be back for more. .

Great set up always help me out when I’m struggling. Anything from the disc problem I initially went in for which is under control now. To the sports injuries I pick up. Tom is great for any muscular sports injuries. Caused from football, gym or golf. He knows his stuff.

I have (and continue) to love my experience at Bury Chiro as walked into the practice 2 months ago with tension headaches, pain in my lower and upper back that was impacting me physically and mentally - now I can wake up step out of bed without pain and enjoy everyday life more including walking, the gym and even at work I feel so much more ‘free’.
From helpful and friendly reception staff (Loraine, Mo and Lewis) to working with Dino and Aimee has been such a positive change to my life. Dino has such a friendly and professional approach to chiro and has put my needs first, and I look forward to our sessions with not just adjustments but the education around this.
