Been using the 32 route when I have flown to/from Dublin over the years.Service used to be great when it was hourly,deteriorated severely last number of years as frequency reduced resulting in less reliability and crowding,you only have to look at the 32 airport bus stop,by far has the most people waiting to board.Whilst drivers in my experience are usually okay,the route is so unreliable,(delays of 30 mins plus the norm),it's time to farm the route out to another provider who will run a more frequent reliable service.1 star is best that BE deserve.

Honestly between the city buses and outbound buses the service is appauling. Completely based off each drivers personal schedule. Should be absolutely ashamed.

There is no option of 0 star . Today 13 jan 2025 , 7:20am i heard worst thing from driver ever . My job is in athlone and i am living in Mullingar ,everyday i take 190 Drogheda to athlone service . I don't know the name of driver . When i go to driver for tab a leap card . He refused me because seats are full . I told him have a job i will be late if i didn't go . I can stand there no problem for me its ok . He still refuse . I am getting late 1 hour . Everyday bus late 5 to 10 mints . On app time is different , on staion time is different , Bus arrives different time as well . Thats why i wait at least 30 mints. Worst transport .

168 Dundalk bus from Cloggerhead bus driver refused to give me his name. Threatened to sue me, shouted for me to get off the bus, all because he had the wrong direction listed on the bus service. And every other driver I have said it to has changed or fixed it, but this one must’ve thought he was special!!

Can I give a lower review. My son and I were chased off the bus by a driver. He'd blocked seats off. I'm disabled. The driver chased us of the bus and shouted at us. 354 service.I gave a false date as this is going to court.

We decided to use Expressway from Shannon airport to Co Kerry. BIG MISTAKE! Expressway bus nr 51 was so late, we missed our bus to Killarney. Had to wait for the next one which was also late. A journey that was supposed to take 3h ended up taking 6h. Not a great start to our holiday and we wont be doing it again.

We were in Gort the weeekend. We decided to go to Galway by bus. Got to the bus stop bus arrived wouldnt take anyone at stop, people missed work, hospital appointments and we were told you had to prebook your tickets when we went to do this online we couldnt it wouldnt let us not a pleasant trip and wouldnt be relying ion Busin Eireann again, shocking services and bus only comes every hour. What are people supposed to do, nothing saying you had to prebook, the bus was empty.

Avoid at any cost! They cancelled the bus from Dublin to Waterford at 10.45pm by sending email at 11.04pm informing that my booking is valid to use on the same route three hours before or after the original departure time, provided there is space on the coach. Zero accountability. On top of that if a refund reqursted, €2.00 amendment fee will be charged is a joke.

I bought a ticket online for my daughter two days before the planned trip; she was traveling to an important meeting. The driver did not let her and her friend onto the bus because it was overcrowded. Does purchasing tickets online not guarantee a seat on the bus?

To me, this is outrageous! Especially since the ticket wasn’t bought at the last minute, and everything was planned in advance.

I don’t have any words…always your buses broke. I need to walk when is raining, who gives my money back, huh??????

Please increase the frequency of bus number 206 in Cork between 5 and 6 p.m. There's approximately an hour delay most days, and when they finally do arrive in the South Mall station, 2 of them come at the same time!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Surely, you could manage your timetables better???? 😵😬🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

In a time when the government are urging people to use public transport buseireann leave a lot to be desired the buses on the Dublin to wexford route are either late or cancelled altogether leaving people with no option but to wait an hour for the next bus I seriously don't think I can give this company anymore custom I'll be using the car in future

Left Tralee today at 1pm on the dot and was meant to arrive at Limerick bus station at 3:05pm but arrived at 3:50pm making me miss my 2nd bus at 3:25pm to Shannon airport meaning I had to get on the 4:25pm bus making the arrival time very tight with the time of my flight. Am not one bit happy as the driver seemed a bit clueless with the ticket scanner and took ages getting people on the bus. I’d say something if the roads were mobbed with traffic but they weren’t

I was waiting for the bus 115 in Maynooth, the bus was late for almost an hour, and I missed an important event because of it. And it isn't the first instance either.
Bus Eireann have the most lazy, incompetent, arrogant and rude drivers I had ever met.
If I had the option to not pay the fares or take the buses, I would.
I hope Bus Eireann goes bankrupt.

Can you hire more professionals as drivers, please ? The driver has left the main bus stop in the town almost 10 minutes before scheduled time in the morning when people relay on the service to commute to work. This is the second time within a week when I am an hour late to work, thanks for such a pro service.

If I could give no stars I would!! Being a mom you never get to go out as is but the one time you book a concert and are looking forward to the evening with your partner the bus DOESNT ARRIVE! Over 45 minutes standing in the lashing rain and neither of the two buses arrived meaning we did not get to go to the concert or our dinner reservation meaning we’ve lost out on both of those expenses also! Safe to say I would leave a negative review on every playform if I could. Will never be using the services again. Disgrace of a business

On Tuesday 29th October, went out on the road to get the 08.45 111 from Athboy to Dublin, after waiting half an hour it hadn't arrived. went back into the house and it then sailed by half an hour late!
Then got a lift into Trim to get the next 111 09.45 to Dublin, it never arrived. then at 10.40 i boarded a 109 to Dublin. Because the 111 never showed the 109 was packed and many people on the routed were unable to board because the bus was full. Absolute terrible service to people.

Zero star joke of a service. Thank you that I am one hour late for work just because the scheduled bus didn't show up, YET AGAIN. Not to mention that a "standard" delay is between 10 and 30 minutes if the driver will not leave the stop 5 minutes earlier occasionally.

It's getting almost impossible to take the bus going to town or else where in Limerick. They don't show up on time, and when they do, they just don't stop for anyone because the buses are either out of service or some bus drivers simply drive away. And if it is night time you can expect to wait for almost an hour or so. And I am talking about many dates, not only one! It's a total lack of respect! Unacceptable!

nothing went I didn’t go on a bus , BECAUSE there is no bus to my destination . they need to make a bus to bohermeen immediately. There’s so many people out there who need this . I find it hard to get to work and I lost two of my jobs because I have to no way to drive and I have a invisible disability so I cannot drive . Also my best friend cannot drive from a long term injury and she has six children at home that have to be homeschooled because there’s no bus from navan Co Meath To bohermeen and boheermeen to Navan .the closet bus stop I can get to is tankerdstown . And I have to walk to that bus stop . kind regards♥️
