I have booked my yearly long-haul flight with businessclassguru for several years now. Kevin Scheynkman takes excellent care of me. This is important as I am getting older and need more help than I used to. I highly recommend businessclassguru to all those who don't want to go through the hassle of finding and booking flights themselves.

Kevin Schenkman is responsive to requests, clear about options, and helpful when one has questions.

Yana was excellent. She listened to my requests and followed through on all. I had to call her several times when I forgot some questions and she was pleasant each time.

I tried to give a 5 rating, but the system wouldn't cooperate. I had Jeff Stein as my contact and he did an outstanding job of assistance.
