Seems like a cheaply made piece of Chinese mass-produced garbage. You’re paying for the cosmetic aspect of Buster & Punch, not the build quality. They can do much better for the price they’re charging

Terrible product. Feels very cheap. Quite disappointing at this price point. Expected high quality internals from B+P, but as of this date, they are not. Also not compatible with my LEDs even though it claims to be compatible with a wide range of LED products. So do your research/testing before hand if you have LEDs.

This is our second dimmer we purchased since the first one broke. Another one also is on its way to breaking. Very cheaply made and definitely not worth the price.

The look of the product is great but there is a surprising amount of plastic and the push action on the knob is a little shaky and seems cheap. Quite disappointed for the price.

Quality is hard to rate within first few weeks so my review is based on perceived quality. It seems like every other dial rotary dimmer I have worked with. Wiring was different and at first was questionable only because was different, but for this particular retro fit job is was really easy. I only gave three stars on Value for money because it is twice the cost of every other rotary dial dimmer.

My dimmer module failed after about a year. It would not turn lights on, or dim the lights. When I attempted to process the warranty, I was told that I had to provide a video of the failure. However, I could not find that condition precedent anywhere in the company warranty information. They eventually processed the warranty, but the tone of the warranty representative's emails was very offensive, even if he did ultimately send a replacement module.

Its all hype. There are much better reliable dimmers than this push button faulty merchandise. Client feel "meh" about their 20K electrical "upgrade" to B&P. I strongly recommend getting real companies (Lutron, Levition) to make thier product if they would like to stay successful... Especially in California where codes are much more strict than that of the nation.

It’s all plastic parts, which makes it even more cheap. I only say this because of the false advertising where the brand touts that it’s all metal parts. That’s what you should be paying for with this kind of investment
