I arranged for Busways to provide our firm an executive minibus to take us from Weston-super-Mare to London and back. The response to my initial enquiry was very swift (from Tim) and communication up to the day was excellent. The driver (JR) was with us in good time in the morning and on the return trip. He was polite and an excellent drive. The coach was very comfortable and had working aircon - which was one of reasons for taking this rather than the train. Having never used Busways before, I was a little apprehensive but I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service from Busways every time. We've used them for several football team trips and they've always been reliable, professional, and great value for money. The drivers are friendly, communication is excellent, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be using them again.

We wanted a 70 seater to pick us up from Banyans in Newcastle city centre and take us to the Millennium bridge on Newcastle quayside for a gender reveal. Tim from busways was so helpful from our very first contact. He was prompt and efficient. He quickly provided a quote and confirmed a 70 seater was available. On the evening of the event our driver Tristan was amazing. He was so helpful, ensuring all our guests were safely on biard. He was so friendly and made it a pleasure to use busways. He checked the travel time of the journey to make sure we arrived at our destination in time while we were waiting for the last few to arrive. I would absolutely use Busways again and it was a pleasure to deal with both Tim and Tristan.

We had 12 people to transport to an event, and compared a few different options to do this. Busways were a great choice. They provided a spacious minibus and their drivers are gracious. Will definitely recommend their service.
