The service and ease of buying were fine. But compared to the quality of the wool pad I purchased in 2008 for my trike, which wasn't cheap then, the thickness and quality is just not built into this new one. When I felt the package before I opened it, it felt lite. Seeing it, I was very disappointed. Basically is half the cushion of the original one I had. My expectations were higher.
Clarification on this review. The one I purchased before I did not purchase from this company. It has been to many years and I cannot remember which company I bought it from nor the brand.

I do owe Peter Hemmerick a kudos for calling me and asking about my review and why I was dissatisfied. When I explained he did say that customers satisfaction is his top priority and invited me to at least ride a while using the pad and if I found it not to be what I want, that I could send it back and he would give me a refund. That was very considerate and showed the company does care. For customer concern. I give 5 stars.

Quick shipping product seems to be of quality. Great for honda goldwing as the clip on feature makes this more practical given the time it takes to remove the seat. No need with this product. Simply click on straps and ride.

After trying several pads under a sheepskin to ease hip and knee pain, I ordered after the recommendation of my riding buddy who has had an excellent experience with his Butt Buffer, including with customer service.

The product is manufactured great but still don't cure my problem of sore butt. It definitely helps some but not a cure.

I have a 2025 Honda nx500. I could only ride about an hour before my butt was sore. I ordered a large butt buffer. It is a perfect fit. I just did a 5 hour ride and my butt held up. It was a great investment. I am 5'7" with a 30" inseam.

Been looking for the right cushion for my stock Goldwing seat, and have been relatively happy with sheepskin. However, I wanted more pressure point relief so I tried the BB pad. Test-rode 4 hours with noticeable improvement in pressure point relief and overall comfort. Also like that it doesn’t add much height to my riding position. Looking forward to the big test coming soon…3500+ mile trip from Michigan to Glacier and back in the Fall.

Quick shipping, added comfort as advertised reducing vibration. Tested w/ 1st ride 2 1/2 hr felt like 30 min. Did not use straps, stable with no movement or sliding on the seat. Had some breath ability on a 105 degree Az afternoon.

I called to get help with sizing. Peter was VERY nice and HELPFUL. Also, very patient with me as I had to call back a second time and asked more questions. Then he actually called me the next day to clarify something that he told me that was not what he told me the day before which I appreciate it very much he was very accommodating. I have not used the product yet, but plan on using it to go to Sturgis. Based on his recommendation, the product fits my seat perfectly and I can’t wait to use it. Just based on customer service, this has been a great experience so far.

Excellent product. Works as advertised.

Ordering and delivery very easy and quick. Product rating maybe 2 stars out of 5. I took this on a 10 day ride through the Himalayas where we put in 8 to 10hrs of seat time everyday. Lost it on the 4th day. It didn’t really make a difference. Maybe it works for the one or two hour a day rider. It fit well and the Velcro straps and hooks worked well. It eventually fell off on the rough gravel/rock roads we were on. So 4 days with it and 6 days without it. No difference.
