absolutley shocking do not hand your money over to this company
i ordered from this comapny twice first time my order was missing a item and one item was in a completly different colour to what i oredered it in i emailed and they gave me a small discount code for my nect order so i ordered again and this time my order took weeks to come i emailed several times and was ignored for ages finally i was given a response and was told id receive a trade card as i run a guinea pig rescue and a couple items for free as a sorry however i never revived these items or the trade discount yet again more let downs this has been back nd forth for months now and ive finally given up however i want people to know about this company as its shocking and customer service is even worse

You were later offered two complimentary bottle holders as a gesture of goodwill, but these were never sent, as the tone of communication became inappropriate and included attempts to pressure our team with negative reviews on your social platforms, even though you use our products every day and requests for money for your rescue.
We’re a small business that genuinely tries to do right by our customers and by the rescue community. We already support several guinea pig rescues across the UK through fair, positive collaborations.

I love these bottle holders
I love these bottle holders - much easier than the pain of having the wire. These are sturdy, easy to fit, cut colours, cute logo and hopefully being hung on the inside will keep the water at a more even temperature on both hot and cold days. Great product

Easy to use and my piggies prefer drinking from bottles in these holders
Delivery time was fine and item well packaged. These are a game changer for water bottles. I still have some wired, but my Guinea pigs much prefer to drink from the bottles in these holders. Which is great as they are so easy to change the bottle over in and they keep the bottle securely upright rather than sliding about on the bars when you use the wire.

Very slow delivery even when paid for express..
I ordered some bottle holders over 6 working days ago and paid extra for express delivery 1-2 working days. I have emailed them twice and also tried to contact them via online chat but no answer. I have the tracking information and it doesn't look like it will be here for a few days still. Really annoyed that I paid £5.50 for express delivery and it's currently slower than their standard delivery times and they are not getting back to me!
Their reply states that they have refunded me for the express delivery. This was offered to me, accepted but never completed.

Makes a guinea pig mums life much easier!
Absolutely love the bottle holders. They make changing my 7 guinea pig bottles so much easier!
Also I messed up on my initial order and the customer service was great to fix this!
