I paid for this service 5 days ago and still have not been activated. Noone will answer the support tickets, so I am going to have to file a dispute also with my Bank. Looks like they do this to lots of people. So I would say do not fall for the crap they say online. the service is the worst

If you purchase they do fast delivery on login and pswrd but the service is not great it buffers on high speed mbps internet even most of they channel dont work specially your interested in football soccer premier league ..a complete waste of time and money

I paid $150 for a one-year subscription, but my account indicates that I haven't made the payment. I have my purchase receipt, and the transaction is reflected on my credit card statement. I opened a support ticket three days ago, but I have yet to receive a response, and my ticket remains open with no answers. As a result, I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money, since I have paid for a service that was not delivered. Additionally, I am unable to contact them on Telegram.

Scam...they take your money...switch the payment method every month...and half the time does not work...and u complain..they respond like rude people

Could not log in with the info he sent, then called me a time waster and said I just wanted free TV for 24 hours. Pretty sure it is not a legit provider

I purchased their product for 12 months June 24th,paid them in full, received no codes, contacted them many times through the website and WhatsApp. I received one reply sorry for the delay your service has been extended, I am a new customer had no service ever, now I am out $150us and they won’t reply back.

I fired them today! I pay my invoice and it frequently takes them several days to respond to numerous inquiries to renew my subscription.
Their service is frequently down or the links to different shows or TV series just spins.

When you submit a technical question that frequently also takes them1-2 days to redpond

I do not recommend them.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I paid $15 for a one month subscription, and I never received the service. When I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp, I was IGNORED. Even when I provided evidence of payment via PayPal, I was still met with no response.

Please do not fall victim to this same SCAM! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

I too go scammed. I sent payment for one month and never received service. I had a brief conversation with the scammer and when I showed him the screenshot of my payment he went ghost on me!!!

I bought and paid for this service on January 30th ,I cancelled a few hours later when I realized that I didn’t need it, I have never received my refund,I have sent numerous messages also tried to call them on WhatsApp,I have even asked them to reactivate the service since I have paid for it and I have never received a response from any of my messages. I would never recommend them

This is the worst investment that I’ve ever made because despite of following their guidelines it l’s been weeks after paying the fee their streaming service is not working!!!
I’ve done several customer service and tech support inquiries however the company has failed to reach out to me. Eventually someone contacted me by what’s app and said they were working on a service glitch but would send me a working app. No one has ever responded back!
I expressed my total dissatisfaction but no explanation from Gold Club thus far. I since requested a refund/credit because of this complete service failure. Gold Club ignored my concerns or requests to provide the service that I paid for. There should be better guidelines for customer service contact and communications. They have created false expectations about their products they’re selling. They’re horrible to deal with but will take your money. Buyer beware warning ⚠️

I would give it zero, but you have to give at least one star. Avoid this service. It is down more than it is up. I have sent several emails about the poor connectivity, with no response at all.

We have nothing but buffering on the 24/7 none of the stations show a picture on the 24/7 and it just buffer watch anything else including movies and you get a big freeze buffering for at least an hour until you grab the remote and switch to a different channel and back to what you were watching ridiculous

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY!! Connection unstable, always buffers, no customer support. Told them I was having problem with my service and their response was "so what"...

These are a bunch of con-artists. It's a ripoff.

This service sucks. They don’t answer when you send them a ticket. My service has been off for the last three days and they have not answered any of my questions.

Do not subscribe for their service. They will charge multiple times to your credit card without your consent. The bank cannot do anything. I have no idea how these guys can operate so fraudulently without being behind bars.
