Great engagement when it came to selling and bagging their sales commissions.

However, provided incorrect & illegal SDLT advice, appalling sales progression customer care (missed appointment with valuers), lack of accountability on holding the developer to account on poor build quality and delays, snagging issues, compensation.

Bought 2 units and both significantly down valued causing to financial burden and significant stress. Take anything the sales agent says with a pinch of salt.
