Not a great experience!!
I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max almost a week ago. I received an email that there is still a balance and it will be marked as pending. I responded to have the device sent back because there’s another company that will pay for phones that still carry a balance. I have not heard a word back in three days. I’ve tried calling and sending an email but I’m not being answered!! It is making me think buyback engineer is a scam…
