The Audiologist was the key to our satisfaction
Product arrived quickly and was closely configured to the audiogram we provided. We arranged a call with the Audiologist and she was friendly and extremely helpful in tweaking the aids to my wife's needs. We were completely satisfied with her assitance.

Very knowledgeable, Audiology call was fantastic. In fact I needed a call back from the audiologist on a small issue, she called me right back and issue resolved. Love the Signia hearing aids I bought and although they are inherently expensive, I really liked the price I paid.

Best hearing aid buying experience. My wife and I have owned several brands of hearing aids and had sat through more than a few 'sell sessions' with local providers.
