WHAT A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! 6 WEEKS WAITING, NO ORDER & NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SO CALLED SUPPORT!!!!!!

SCAM! I ordered a pair of sandals over a month went buy and nothing. Tried to send an email and it bounced back. Website can’t be found now!

If I could give absolutely no stars, I would. I ordered 3 pair of Slydes from this company and have not received anything from them. I have emailed on numerous occasions and no one has the respect to respond. DO NOT order anything from this company. They are a SCAM and thieves.

This company is a major SCAM and unfortunately, I didn’t look into it or read reviews before purchasing. I ordered TWO PAIRS of the croc sandals that are super popular right now…should have known it was too good to be true for that price. I received a confirmation email and order number, but nothing was ever shipped. I emailed a couple of times and got the excuse that my order was held up due to a courier issue. Then they just stopped responding altogether. Luckily I’m only out $30ish dollars, but it’s still very frustrating. I hope they are stopped soon!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of Slyde Crocs Sandles on February 27 and I have never received them! Everything I'm seeing know is Scam Scam Scam. I know I need to check out these sites more thoroughly but I didn't and know I'm screwed out of $17.76!!!!

I purchased shoes on February 28, emailed them on 3/20 as I had not received, no response. Again on 3/25, no response. I will be contacting my bank. It's a scam.

I ordered the *cough* Croc sandals and received an order confirmation. After a month, I emailed the support link asking for an update on the status of the order and actually received a response. I answered to thank them and it came back undeliverable. Since then, all links are broken. Website is totally shutdown.

Never received the shoes! All emails are now being blocked and the store doesn't even come up in the search bar. I have contacted by bank and they are returning my funds since I never received the merchandise. (LOVE WF!!!) DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered April 10th during their sale of “Free Shipping” no matter the cost! So when they charged me $10.99 for shipping I cancelled that payment! I have emailed them and got one response stating my order is still being processed! That was like 15 days after being ordered! As of today, May 3rd, I still have not received my order and cannot get any confirmation or communication from the company. I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money returned to my payment account. I also have turned them into the BBB, which has a TON of complaints on this company! Do Not Order from this company! It’s a SCAM!!

Scam alert******Ordered on April 10th and still haven't received my shoes. It is May 2nd and you can't email the company. Never order on Facebook again. I also had other charges show up. So I canceled my order they deserve a F raiting.

I ordered the sandles for the sale price then was charged a week later for $39.99 at 3:00 A.M. i had to cancel my credit card and never received the sandles.. This place needs shut down! it is an absolute FRAUD!

Never got my order

I ordered the croc sandles from Slyde on 3/22/26, emailed them 4/8 due to not receiving the sandles, 4/10 they emailed me saying they have my order but there is a delay. 4/17 I emailed them again? No answer. Emailed them again on 4/23 still no answer as of today 4/27. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a total SCAM.

I placed this order back in the beginning of March I gave not received the order and they don’t answer the phone and I emailed and they don’t respond back . It’s a scam .

I’d give it a zero. I never got my purchases and they keep charging me every month for the same amount and I can’t seem to find customer service to stop it. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from this company.

On March 24, I placed an order for Slyde Sandals. Its April 26, and I have not received my order. I have emailed them 2x, and I got a reply saying: "We're getting your Slyde footwear ready now, expect delivery 5-8 business days". I have tried to email them again requesting the status of my order, and the delivery failed "address not found". This is a total scam. I have learned my lesson, 'NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK AGAIN!!! Please, just go to the direct website of the company you are placing the order with, and check out the company if it is legit!!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered sandals 4/2 and my account was charged 4/6. Today is 4/25 and I still have not received my sandals. I emailed the company 3 times and then said they were working on the order and will send tracking when available. Now I am being blocked. I should learn my lesson to check out these companies before purchasing. Why can’t people get jobs instead of scamming.

Never got item, multiple charges ,no refund, Customer Support sux. Do not purchase from these crooks.
