I didn't use Bybi's products yet but I was amazed knowing that they are using sugarcane to make their products packaging. I can't wait to use it.

I absolutely love these products. I am surprised that the bottles could be made out of sugarcane!

First off I would like to say that before you start finger pointing about your cancelled orders, you should of known that you never took part in the market research survey many, many month's beforehand. Surely you knew that BYBI was a small family start up company so you should never of used the discount code of £31. This is what is known as fraudulent gain. It clearly stated in their email that they were busier than ever so they couldn't fulfil the free products being sent out so they sent us a discount code instead, which I thought was truly admirable of BYBI. Certain people and website's on social media had no right to share this information with anyone else. And might I add that any company has the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any given time so infact BYBI did nothing wrong. It's all the other people who had not been sent or even given the authority to use the code but used it anyway purely for them to gain products for free.
If you need anyone to blame it was me, myself and I who caused all the confusion over unlawful use of the discount code as I messaged them on all the social media platforms and I personally emailed them regarding the misuse of the code. Surely if it was your own company you would want to know if this was going on because I know I definitely would've wanted to be informed.

I recently placed a beauty order and saw this Bybi glowcurrant booster on my way to checkout. I didn't know anything about this product but the fact that it was advertised as climate conscious, vegan and made using green energy was enough for me to make that purchase. From the first use my skin was radiant and glowing even through my foundation!! My dark circles have also lightened. I just couldn't believe it! I've purchased many skincare brands over the years and wasted a lot of money but nothing has come close to this. Its so absorbant in the skin without appearing oily. Even hours after its been applied. It's zero carbon, upcycled and involves no cruelty to our furry friends. There is not one single negative about this treasure find or the fantastic customer service team. I love this product so much I purchased another two so I won't run out. Beauty should not come at a price to our precious earth. Well done everyone at Bybi I'm so glad I've discovered you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can’t thank Astoria and the team for going out their way and beyond by what they said “doing their job”. Due to people releasing an individual code, the company was swamped with orders which they could not comply to and had to by no fault of their own cancel all the orders and bar the original customers who received the code. This took a lot of their time and people have jumped on the bandwagon and have bad named the company!! This was no fault of this small company as they gave the codes out in good faith and unfortunately innocent people used this code and their orders were cancelled. Please don’t blame the company as they’re a small company. They have worked hard at rectifying this mishap and hope to not lose customers due to no fault of their own. I would like to thank Astoria especially for her hard work and for rectifying my order and I look forward to reviewing my products. BYBI…thank you.

I had an issue with my order. The company were great at resolving the issue. I find it awful that other users are putting bad reviews due to error And affecting the reputation of a small business. if it was their company would be a different story. I would definitely order from them again in the future

Cancelled order and cancelled refund so I CAN'T Get my money back! Be aware of this company!
They cancelled the refund so is hard to open case with PayPal. Thieves!

Used a discount code to buy products.. order was confirmed and money taken.. 4 days I received an e-mail saying my order was cancelled 😞

Used a discount code, took my money and then took 5 days to then just refund me, no email explaining why. I then reached out to ask why and their response was the discount code wasn’t supposed to be used as much as it was.

The companies fault for leaving the code valid for use and they should still provide orders.

Made an order, got confirmation email was meant to be delivered in 3-7 days and on day 5 got an email saying its been cancelled with no explanation

Cancelled my order, no communication, no email, nothing.

Wanted to try the Loyalty Program…Wish there were little tasks to complete to earn points that aren’t buying a product related so you get more points. A lot of us a struggling at the moment so Companies that are giving products for points earned is so so nice 😊 And says a lot about the Company.

I've been using BYBI for about 9 months now. I literally don't use anything else at all!!! The Supercharge Serum and Bakuchiol Booster have changed my dry skin.

The Milk Melt cleanser is also faultless, it removes make up without stripping the skin. My make up is going on so much better and I just can't fault the brand!

Started using the strawberry booster oil at night mixed with my moisturiser but didnt see a difference so decided to use it in the day time as well instead of my daily moisturiser. After a few days I got dermatitis (dry, irritated, and inflamed) which i have only ever got twice before from using products with too much SLS. I would recommend doing a patch test for a few days before using. Also, be wary of reviews on boots, tried to post this review on there and they blocked it.

I purchased a big 50ml bakuchoil booster serum and their vegan oatmilk cleanser which I will also receive a free 15ml bakuchiol booster serum during a special promotion they had if I spent over 35£. My order was placed on the 30th July and I had a confirmation email. After 1 week I had no emails from BYBI about my order so I emailed customer service which they replied that the bakuchiol was out of stock in their warehouse and they mentioned it will be restocked the following week but I still did not receive my order. I emailed BYBI back and forth and finally I have an order confirmation on the 07/09/2021 that ONE item (big bakuchiol booster) will be sent to me via express delivery which I am very grateful for but my other TWO items are missing in the order. I paid 48£ but so far only ONE item is on its way to me after more than 1 month! It's getting really frustrating for me and it has not been a pleasant online shopping experience with BYBI.

I saw Eye Plump overnight eye cream advertised in People magazine. It claimed to be a firming cream that reduces puffiness. It is $20 through Target. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I thought I’d see some change and it truly did not do a thing. Would never buy again.

Disappointed with the returns/exchange policy and the end result of the customer service experience. I used their Night Nutrition cream in the evening and woke up in the morning with a puffy red face, swollen eyes and peeling skin for over a week that still hasn’t properly healed. I didn’t want to go outside it was that bad. I have sensitive skin but have never had a reaction like this.

Although customer service were understanding and responsive at first, they refused a refund directing me to their FAQs and policy on the website, so I asked if I could have another product in place of it. They said no and that I should have done a patch test beforehand but it’s clearly too late, and even if I had that would mean the product had been opened so they still wouldn’t accept a return. Apparently because they’re a small business they can’t give refunds. Surely they aren’t that small that they can’t afford to give one off refunds to customers who have had a reaction? Other companies definitely do. Fair enough it isn’t their fault that my skin reacted, but measures should be put in place to ensure customer satisfaction, especially repeat customers. I just think it’s a bit of a cop out to not offer any kind of refund or replacement product.

What happened? Started off really great and then it seems like their products got infiltrated with cheap ingredients. Their gold mask resurfacing - left me with huge red marks all over my face. Too strong and also just really bad for a vegan organic product- cheaply made and cheaply packaged and looks like substandard ingredients

I really wanted to love this company as they are vegan and their ethics seem great on the surface! I bought the bakuchiol booster and the protein night cream last week, I used them together and woke up in the night and my neck was so itchy I couldn’t stop scratching all night. When I woke up my whole face had swollen up including my eyes which were huge! I thought I was hayfever at first as I have never reacted to anything in my life! I used it again the next night and the same happened. Then I had a break from it and my skin was fine the next morning. I messaged customer service to say I’d had such a bad reaction and asked for a refund but they just fobbed me off and said I should have done a patch test. I’m really disappointed with this company. I personally never leave bad reviews but I just felt like I had to in this case!
