Ordered on the 22nd November 2021 and received nothing. Sent countless emails, Facebook messages, Instagram dms etc and no communication was received whatsoever. Absolute sham of a company. Should be ashamed of themselves.

For those wanting their money back, open up a chargeback case with your bank and they will investigate. I received my money back in full.

I ordered necklace 14th December and have not heard anything since. I have recieved two necklaces before from them that took a while to come. From reading the reviews, seems the company are not responding to any customers' emails, not just mine. I will not be recommending or using this company again. Poor service and I have lost money.

Ordered my necklace on 11th November it's now 4th January...they have not replied to my 4 emails. Terrible company. Do not use them, I don't know how to get my money back.

Ordered more than a month ago now and I have no news of any shipping and they do not reply to my emails either.

I have been waiting for my order for five weeks now… I hve sent them numerous emails with no reply, don’t understand why customer service is sooo bad. You want good business then treat ur customers with dignity ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EMAILS!!!!!
I am really fed up. Can’t contact by phone only email - it’s so frustrating - will I ever see my £61 payment returned.
Back in August my first order was a beautiful Aries necklace, took three weeks for delivery but that time I had communication (via email) with them, so seemed ok, this time NOTHING.

I really hate having such a negative view of a company... But I've waiting for 6 weeks and nothing has arrived. I've sent numerous emails, all have gone unanswered. I honestly feel like I've been scammed. The necklace wasn't a cheap one, and it was meant to be a very special gift to someone, but the moment has sadly passed now and it's all just feeling a bit sour

First of all, i had to wait for more than a month for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, it was a different necklace than the one i ordered. I contacted the customer service multiple times, but received no answer.

I ordered gifts for my bridesmaids to give on my wedding day. My wedding day has came and went and I still dont have said gifts to give them! You think you are doing good buying from a small business but Im left feeling stupid.
I even got an email asking for my review-Ive not even received it!! So so upset to not give my bridesmaids a gift!

An absolutely shocking company with zero customer service. I ordered two necklaces for my daughters birthdays which took 4 weeks to arrive. When worn for the first time, the clasp on one of the necklaces broke and is very poor quality. I've emailed the company numerous times using different addresses but haven't received a reply. Do not buy from this company!!!
