I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BYDcash. What started as a straightforward personal loan quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their consistent incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Most concerning is that BYDcash altered the terms of my loan agreement without my knowledge or consent. The payoff timeline was adjusted unilaterally, extending beyond what was originally agreed upon — a practice that is not only unethical but potentially unlawful. Borrowers have a right to the terms they signed, and changing those terms mid-loan without proper notice or authorization is a serious breach of trust.

To make matters worse, their communication is virtually nonexistent. When issues arose, getting a clear, timely response was nearly impossible. Representatives were unhelpful, provided inconsistent information, and failed to escalate concerns appropriately. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to make things right.

I would strongly caution anyone considering BYDcash to read every line of your agreement carefully and document everything — because based on my experience, what you agree to today may not be what you're held to tomorrow. Do better.
