So Much Hype, So Little Guidance
I kept seeing "Now You Know” all over Instagram, with people raving about how they started businesses from the skills they learned. So naturally, I had to check it out.
Based on my 7-day bootcamp, some of the classes were interesting, but some felt rushed with barely enough time to practice before moving on to the next thing. They also don’t tell you where to buy the supplies, which makes it harder to actually do the projects.
Update (Nov 9, 2025): I was refunded my payment and asked to delete my review and provide live feedback.

Misleading fee structure
Misleading fee structure. Claims they charge a lifetime fee but that fee is to be able to revisit the classes you’ve chosen not to be able to access the site. Quarterly fees will continue to be charged. Too expensive when you can learn from YouTube and Google for free. Customer service is abysmal when trying to cancel or remove charges. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau for shady fee structure.

We never want anyone to feel misled, and your experience helps us see where we can communicate this more clearly. Our team is reviewing your feedback to make sure future users better understand the differences between subscription plans and lifetime access.

Definitely recommend this course!
This was a great course, I learned a lot and had a ton of fun while doing it. It’s been a great kickstart into candle making. I will, however, note that not all of the downloadables Tai would mention were all available, or provided all the info she said would have been in them. Unfortunately I don’t have specifics to recall right now but if you were to watch the videos and line them up with the downloadables, you will find what I mean. Other than that minor thing, this was a great course and I would love the opportunity to learn more styles and designs for candle making!

I thought this course would provide the supplies. If you want to learn a new skill by watching videos, you can just learn online for free. Waste of money.

Never got a login code
I purchased a subscription, and i didn't get a login code. And i reached out through email and no response back. I also want to cancel my subscription but dont know how because no one is getting back to me.

Struggling navigating the site, limited functionality
I purchased the VIP lifetime membership with access for a second user. After logging in there was no.plsce to enter their info. I wrote support and they did her back with me the same day to provide a link and a access code for her, however, when she used it the site came up with no access to any classes. I wrote back again and am waiting for a response. The product would work better if there was an app, the website have very limited features which is disappointing as finding what you need is difficult. I started on one class and have emjoy s the content so that is a relief, I just hope the access/navigation improves!

I was under the impression that you provided the supplies for the crafts and such. It did not seem, nor state anywhere in sign up, that the customer has to purchase the items for the craft. It would be way better for the prices you ask for to send out a craft box to customers who sign up to use the platform.

Worth every penny and learning a lot…
I happened upon this site on Instagram I think. I checked it out, a lot of bang for my bucks, I signed up for several classes, I love all of the cake decorating, treats, cookies and chocolate classes. The classes are well laid out and easy to follow. I have learned so much. I have even bought some classes for friends, they love it too.

If you have not much time to research hobbies, this gives you the QuickStart you need.
I’m on my first lesson which is about herbalism. I’ve always wanted to know more but never had the patience to read about it. It’s broken up in bite size pieces so I get the info quick and it’s not overwhelming. Even with my ADHD I’m ready for the next bit. The one downside is there is no subtitles. Will be a 5 star experience when they update that.

Enhancements needed and where to find missing components to complete project
You should be able to see a description of the class before you have to decide. Committing to something you have no clue about doesn’t give you the ability to choose something you really might enjoy. Also, they should have an approximation of the cost expenditure. I wasn’t planning having to spend $100-150 to make soap.
All i can find is the basic soap recipe. Where do i find the amounts and times i add clay and essential oils.
It seems like it could be really fun if it was a bit more user friendly.
