The worst provider I've ever used

The only advantage of this service is the price. There are no other advantages. After several months of using it, all I got was disappointment.

The VPS kept crashing, and sometimes it wouldn't even come back online after a crash. From time to time, the VPS control panel simply wouldn't load, especially in the evenings.

Support never replied to me even once, so there is no point in contacting them either.

But the most disgusting part was that the C-Service staff accused me of allegedly distributing malware simply because requests to other APIs were being made from my VPS. Aren't servers supposed to do exactly that?

As a result, my account was blocked without any justification, and I lost all of my data.

Under no circumstances should you deal with these scammers!

BEWARE: ZERO SUPPORT!

Just AVOID them, they are truly a SCAM company!!!

I am writing this review just for this one reason, your support bot and team are not supportive at all, and your platform support team is impossible to reach.

I could not find any other way to reach your support team, so please look into my case, ticket no: #2179.

I am still not convinced by what "Tiago Severino" said. I need to explain my situation before you slam the door in my face by closing the ticket on me, your customer.

I didn't even have the chance to continue the conversation before the agent closed the ticket.

Please re-open my ticket and understand my problem before closing it.

Thank you,

============ UPDATE: 11-JULY ============

Dear C-Servers team,

The support bot and tickets creation process is unbearable,

Please look into my case ticket no: #2179

i wanted to explain my case to the support team, but they closed my ticket,

i want to mention the following in the ticket:
1-all the apps i deployed in the server are for my own personal use and not an attempt to port scan or abuse anything.2-all the apps i built and run in the server are pure dashboards/monitoring tools of my own servers.
3-which servers are my apps trying to port scan? all the servers which my apps are connecting to are my other personal server (i can provide all types proofs).4-provide me the name of my apps which was port scanning + what the target machine scanned, so that i can provide you with the logics of how my apps work/connect.

I am still confused why such actions are taken against my account without prior warning, i have ZERO intent to abuse anything, i am a customer with you for 1-2 years, and the apps are running for maybe 6+ months.

Thank you,

Dear user,

You have abused our Terms and Conditions and our Fair Usage Policy by proceeding with network activity (port scanning / worm propagation / similar network patterns) that is unequivocally not allowed per these Terms and Conditions and Fair Usage Policy.

No matter what you say, the violation is there, was duly registered, duly notified and the termination of your service is final.

Moreover, it's entirely false that the support team is "impossible to reach", as you have reached, had the chance to send a ticket, and got an adequate answer: denying your reinstatement request due to involvement in registered activities that are explicitly not allowed.

We will continue to enforce security and all necessary measures on our network, to the utmost extent.

Best regards,
C-Servers

Hello,

Thank you for your review.

The C-Servers EagleKey does not adequately categorize as an "AI-Slop update" - in fact, it's offensive and disingenuous to state so. It has more than 200 working functions available, several of them exclusive to this panel, and has a significant - and ongoing - investment on the panel using the most recent technologies, including AI and CHV for KVM. Since the launch on June 27th, we have corrected several minor issues seen in-production, and as of July 2nd this is a more polished experience, which will only continue to improve and stabilize further on the next days.

While there were one or two reports of SSH difficulties, all reports that have been sent on our support were analyzed and duly sorted out. Moreover, any issues with SSH access can steem from many factors, including your own Internet connection - and these are not great in your place, Germany, mostly based on decades-old ADSL copper lines and patchy mobile networks.

You also have many ways of having remote access now, and that "AI Slop update" you talked about, C-Servers EagleKey, has actually introduced serial console - something you didn't have on the previous panel, VirtFusion - to efficiently access your VPS service just like SSH without needing any bridges or anything else. We also have sorted out an existing bug yesterday (for some) that has come from VirtFusion in the form of... hung-up SSH connections.

Your effort on writing this review would be therefore much better off if you wrote to us on our support area to understand how to sort out your issue - which, I suspect, didn't really happen, as we didn't recieve any tickets from Germany-based customers, or anyone named "kero". That's inefficient and inadequate behaviour on your part, not ours. Our support is available.

For everything else, on valid purchases, you have the possibility of refunding (except Safe DMCA and promotional servers - check your product description), and we are available on the support should you have any further need.

Let's bring that SSH back up on your server and fix what is going on.

Best regards,
C-Servers

This place is terrible

This place is terrible. I bought a small server to tinker with, and the company broke it so my whole website shut down. I asked them for help, but nobody answered. I even gave them more money for an upgrade, and they just took my money and didn't even reply! They literally ignore you when they make a mistake. Don't use them, go find a better company!"

Your review is arguably generic and does not specify any details (as of the time this response was written) of your experience. This could be a review for any hosting company. We also do not have any "Arthur Pendelton" among our customers - we're certain this was an error and you wanted to leave the review for someone else.

Terrible support about C-Servers

Although C-Servers (Centerfield Ltd) offers incredibly cost-effective cloud services, I have to rate them 2/5 stars based on my recent experience.

On 03/27/2026, I paid to upgrade my service. However, as of today (04/23/2026), the automated upgrade has still not taken effect. I sent an email in March seeking help, but received zero response. Then, on 04/02/2026, I received a notice about their new support policy, stating that email support is only available for users spending at least $12 per year. My new plan is $15.99 per 6 months (and all payments are fully completed), which clearly meets and exceeds this requirement. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, nobody has replied to me.

I also reached out to their online AI chatbot, "Michael Williams." Unfortunately, the AI only provides superficial comfort. It didn't solve my problem, failed to transfer me to a human agent, and didn't even send an email to confirm that my issue had been recorded.

Currently, my service is still running in its pre-upgrade state. Because the upgrade hasn't been applied, my work is completely stalled. I am giving 2 stars because while the price-to-performance ratio of their cloud services is extremely high, the non-existent customer support makes it entirely frustrating when their automated systems fail.

------July 3, 2026------
Today, I contacted Michael Williams again about my upgrade request. This time it told me the case had been transferred to a human agent. I really hope that is true, especially since C-Servers also asked me for service details here on Trustpilot.

I have also used the EagleKey control panel for a few days. Overall it is “okay,” but I still don’t understand how it is supposed to help me complete my upgrade. I checked the Knowledge Base and could not find any article that explains how to upgrade an existing product through EagleKey. While using EagleKey, I also noticed a few problems:
In Rescue Mode, the only available ISO seems to be Windows Server 2025.
The copy button in the Service Ports section does not work.
After a VPS finishes a Rebuild task, it does not automatically power on.

Over the past few months, I did not give up on C-Servers and tried several other products. Previously I only bought low-memory plans. When I bought higher-memory VPS plans, I noticed clear memory overselling. The worst example was the Limited Edition - SuperRAM VPS 32GB: my VPS crashed whenever the host node started memory reclamation, even though I was not running any heavy memory workloads.

I hope C-Servers can avoid this kind of problem. Given your prices, I would honestly be happy to receive half of the advertised RAM and SSD. The other high-memory VPS plans also show memory overselling, though not as extreme as the SuperRAM 32GB plan, so they can barely run.

I will update this review if my upgrade finally gets completed, but for now the issue remains unresolved.

Hello. Thank you for your review.

Regarding the AI chatbot, Michael Williams, not only is it continuously updated to include new functions and to further ease access to support, we also do have, on the Knowledge Base, the normal (natural) way of handling the Live Chat so that customers have access to the ticketing section. Sometimes, customers behave with a chatbot like it was a robot; the idea is that they talk normally on the Live Chat just like they would with a human.

This was probably your error.

Regarding upgrades stalling, these are now fixed with our new in-house designed platform, C-Servers EagleKey.

As for regarding support, you always recieve an automatic message at the e-mail stating that the support e-mail is only valid for ongoing tickets, not to create them, and that in order to create them it must be done on the website first; we had to deactivate that function, briefly activated in mid-February, due to incorrect, even abusive usage, by multiple users, sometimes to the extent of using automated e-mail sending warnings (!) to us. Not the expected behaviour.

Lastly, about the in-place support, we have now more support agents on the team and look forward to expand our support to 24 hour support - but real 24/7 support, not promised 24/7 support which then doesn't provide answers during night time, like other providers have.

For any further details, we are available at c-servers.co.uk.

Best regards,
C-Servers

------------- Updated July 6th, 2026 ------------------------

After further review, this customer was terminated by C-Servers due to internal investigation finding several offences:
- Violation of the articles 3.1., 3.2./3.2.1. of the Terms and Conditions;
- Violation of the articles 2.3., 4.1., 4.5.24. of the Fair Usage Policy;
- Violation of the GDPR and KYC/AML laws in the United Kingdom, by registering as "Ling Ai", paying as "Joy Fox", and inserting a review for the first one named after the 2nd one;
- Fraudulent, misleading and deliberately false claims regarding the "Super RAM 32GB" plans and similar "Super RAM" plans, as C-Servers does not oversell RAM;
- Fraudulent, misleading and incorrect behavior, by falsely simulating that had attempted to contact Support and sent a ticket, when this never happenned since 27-03-2026 nor on 03-07-2026, and other customers had tickets sent, and answered, by our Support team, during this time, through the same mediums. The customer also ignored all automatic e-mails that were sent stating that tickets were *not* opened via e-mail, only at our Support website, a policy that had existed since mid-February.

The customer was duly terminated, blacklisted, and flagged for fraud with the competent counterparties, including all of the existing services.

However, since our investigation also found there was a 50/50 technical issue with the upgrades back in March 2026, C-Servers has graciously decided in customer's favor to refund the customer all applicable amounts, covering existing online services - even services outside of the 60-Day Money-Back Warranty.

Unfortunately, the customer's posture seen regarding false claims, Support utilization, incorrect information provided, ultimately dictated that termination and blacklisting were the only reasonable way to handle this customer - but at least the customer didn't get penalized and will now be able to use the refunded amounts to purchase a service elsewhere, where, if they accept him, such customer will surely be more satisfied.

For further details, all interested parties can report to our Terms and Conditions and our Fair Usage Policy, available at c-servers.co.uk.

Best regards,
C-Servers

Extremely Unreliable Service

I used this provider for six months, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During this period, my server was unavailable for more than two weeks in total. The downtime was excessive and severely impacted my work.
What made things worse was the lack of transparency. On multiple occasions, the company reset their public uptime reports, which appeared to be an attempt to prevent their previous poor performance from affecting their ratings.
In their most recent downtime incident, they replaced all of their servers — and in the process, all data from the previous servers was completely lost.
I strongly recommend that others do not waste their time or money on this provider.

Hello,

Thank you for your review.

C-Servers maintains an internal uptime count regardless of what is published for the general public. On previous platforms, there were occasionally uptime counting issues or platform changes, that could reset the uptime counter, but never did it privately.

This absolutely does not mean that we attempt to mask anything - in fact, on the year of 2024 and the year of 2025, we were able to obtain the desired 99.95% uptime according to the terms on which that uptime is counted, entirely available on our Terms and Conditions at c-servers.co.uk.

The worst server in 2025 was Delta1 (squarely on the 99.95% yearly) and the best server was Zeta.7 Finland (99.97% yearly). As of the present report, only Zeta.8 Falkenstein is slightly trailing below that mark - 99.91% on 30 days - but the uptime counting is done yearly, meaning these less higher periods will naturally balance throughout.

Moreover, our commitment has always been with keeping the 99.95% uptime - higher than most providers in this sector - automatically adjusted and automatically compensated for the customer whenever it diverged from that mark. Regardless of the public data, we track it privately (as any customer can do by themselves as well) and provide compensations whenever necessary. For select customers where platform errors ocurred in January (2), we did execute compensations of up to 14 free days of service, whenever these were requested.

Regarding migrations from SolusVM 2 to VirtFusion - which your review entirely misses and fails to mention it was the case for some downtime accross all servers - we had warned you would need to do backups (it's common sense - with any provider, not only us), and this was duly notified in advance through multiple mediums, including e-mail, our public page, and two forums. Moreover, since then, we've improved our e-mail and the most recent migration - VirtFusion to the in-house platform, EagleKey - did not incur *one* minute of downtime throughout all dedicated servers and for 99.9% of the existing VPS servers, which were kept entirely functional.

Lastly, it's blatantly false that we replaced all of our servers, as the dedicated servers fleet has been the same since December 2025 - before the migration and this review - and will further expand very soon.

C-Servers is a company in continuous expansion. We will continue to strive and improve our offerings for the general public, in all fronts. What drives us is getting as closer to reasonable perfection as possible. And we are closer every day.

Best regards,
C-Servers

Great Servers

I have used C-Servers now for about 5? 6? months. I have never had any issues with them, only downside is you only have 20 ports IPv4 with NAT, and of course full IPv6, but the servers were very cheap and worked flawlessly.
