FIBER TECH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Bewertungen

NBN technicians indicated that they would not be able to install our NBN fibre to the home because of the complexity of our older house. Roy completed the installation. We would recommend Roy and this company to anyone with NBN cabling issues

Cannot praise him enough!
Really cares and shows this great work ethic! Wants you to be happy 😃 and takes pride in his work!
I was a little apprehensive about getting my home networked , for a few reasons!
I started by looking for a registered business with a legitimate abn!
The first one I looked up had been deregistered!
This wonderful company was the next!
I was informed upfront of all costs !
I got 5 points, so it covered all the bedrooms and both computers!
They used good quality cable and I got 2 extension boxes so I can also plug other items in such as my laptop!
He invited my opinion and listened to what I required, offering the best possible advice and guidance!
He worked cleanly and with a wonderful attitude and personality, that made me trust him straight away!
He was here. The whole day as a big job, not leaving until everything was tested and up and running properly!
I was worried before meeting him, as on my own, but he was a truly good person, honest and genuine!
Have already raved to others about this, especially at work telling them that this is the only way to go if you want a quality job with excellent workmanship for a fair price!
Ty so much Roy!!!😃👍🥳👍🥳

This is the second time I’ve used the used the service’s of Fibre Tech.
Look no further as this is the company to deal with in sorting out your nbn needs.
Technicians with vast experience and knowledge with the ability to problem solve on the fly and great customer service.

Cannot recommend Fiber Tech Australia highly enough! Roy arrived right on time, he was extremely professional and efficient in his work. One very happy customer.

Roy and his partner went literally above and beyond with the installation of data cabling for my new home. After giving me a free inspection and quote and explaining his concerns with the job. He returned within a week to complete the job and it was done amazingly.

Not only was the entire plan needing changes due to the odd construction of my home but Roy and his partner were able to figure out a new plan whilst also still hitting EVERY SINGLE POINT I needed. Even the doorbell which I had been told was going to be next to impossible was managed to be done with a bit of tedious work.

But that really sums up the skill and effort his team did for this job whilst also being professional and respectful. Going as far as to not only cable test his own runs but also my runs done previously and redoing them when they came up as failed. Should also mention he did so much more work than originally quoted, such as moving the HFC connection and running HDMI passthroughs for wall mounted TVs when the main job was merely running multiple data drops in this two story already built home.

Highly recommend!

Roy did a fantastic job for my home fibre setup in June 2024. Prepared it so nbn fttp fit in was so easy. I would recommend him anytime.

Thanks Roy for your Help everything is working perfect now after fixing my problem. 😊

Roy was amazing, he arrived on time, discussed the options for the job, was fast and efficient in completing it. Then conscientious in tidying and affordably priced. I will recommend Roy to anyone who needs cabling work. Thanks so much Roy!

I called up Roy to seek a quote on relocating a NBN connection box. He was able to accommodate my request and Zane came out to do the work. Highly recommend Zane's services as he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided options without being pushy, used good optic fibre materials and also fixed up other issues in the premises without being prompted. Competitive pricing and excellent services! I am happy with their work and would highly recommend them. Thanks again for the pleasant experience and professionalism.
