I used to run an engineering design, fab, and field trials shop, with 4 full time experienced drafters, in the very early days of CAD; the CAD Crowd drafter assigned to my project took the time and effort to bring me into the 21st century, insisting on a comprehensive 3D model, to get all the components right, before proceeding with the detailed drawings.
Kyle reorganized my preliminary drawings (which were developed under contract by another company), made the effort to understand the components and how they interacted, and delivered a set of drawings that border on artwork, for about half of what I expected to pay, and a month faster than my best schedule estimate. A truly impressive piece of work.
Best drafting/design experience I've had in 50 years, and I learned a lot from Kyle, especially to not try this myself!

Our company has been using Cad Crowd to create CAD drawings for products for almost four years now. The work is superb. The response time is always very quick (typically within a few hours), and the turnaround time is also fast. If we need minor revisions, it's never a problem. And their rates are very reasonable. Price, quality and service! What's not to love? We won't go anywhere for our engineered drawings.
