Arrived into Cairns, phoned the 1300 number, driver arrived before we managed to make our way to pick up point, delivered to the office, Adam the guy we dealt with was great, even gave us his mobile number if we were lost or anything, said he would be happy to help us out, just not at 2am.
Went off on our merry way, great holiday, so handy to have a car.
Returned as promised, unloaded our shopping bags from car to van and then off to the airport.
Holiday over, good bye sunshine and welcome rain at home when we arrived.

We were served by Ian at the Cairns depot, he was most welcoming and very efficient. Gave us some great travel tips about where to go also. Would definitely use this service again.

The wait for the lifts too and from the airport were only very small and the vehicle was in good condition. People at the counter were friendly.

The experience of receiving a well appointed, clean, modern, and competitively priced rental car was totally ruined by two poor communications

1. On arrival, it took three phone calls and over forty five minutes to be collected from the Airport.
2. I was not made aware, at the time of my booking, the transport service to the Airport for a 9am departure may not get you to the Airport on time.

I always use your Melbourne Airport Parking Service but will never use your Car Rental Company again.

We called the company when we arrived at the airport and they picked us up within 15 minutes and took us straight to their office. We were in and out within 15 minutes with all the paperwork sorted and on the road! I thought the service was great and the car was no problems whatsoever. When we dropped the car off we were off to the airport within 10 minutes and everything was super easy. Couldn't fault this company based on our experience.

I found every single staff member to be friendly and I could sense they worked well together in a team. Keep up the great service. Really appreciate the lift to the airport too. Keep smiling

The only way to get around Cairns and FNQ is in the comfort of a new model car. Cairns Airport Car Hire provided a large choice of cars in immaculate condition for comfortable driving inside and outside of the car. The cars were conveniently located less than 100m from the terminal and came with everything we needed to explore the Cairns town and coast. Not sure if now is a quiet time but the range of cars to choose from and costs were better than expected. If we had longer we wouldn't have given it back for another week!

As soon as we got to the airport even though we were an hour and a half late, we were greeted by a very happy and smiling gentleman, sorry I cant remember his name but I will never forget the smiling face. He was more than helpful , very informative, and made our experience most pleasant.

Seemed like a good deal, but in hindsight better to book straight with the rental company. My partner and I booked a Nissan Almera but were given a Hyundai i20, and told it was the same class of car (I still believe a the former is a sedan while the latter is a hatchback, therefore having less room in the boot). If we had have known 'or similar' would mean receiving a smaller vehicle than what we signed up for, we would not have booked it. Not happy.

Cairns airport car hire has very competitive rates so we booked a car for three weeks. We received seamless service on arrival on a busy Saturday morning and when we returned the car with a large door dent received at a time unknown to us, presumably in a car park from a trolley, the whole thing was handled with no fuss and with great care and concern from the staff. Cairns Airport Car Hire get our vote every time.

The guys at Cairns Airport Car Hire made the hiring of our car a no fuss experience. Within minutes of arriving we were on our way in our great little Suzuki and when we returned they got us back to the terminal in no time flat.

Car and customer service was great. However the online booking information regarding pick up and drop off (stating this happened at Cairns Airport) was not correct. It was disappointing that we had to be collected from the airport and taken to Cairns to collect the car.......and do the same in reverse before departing Cairns.
